A lot of hotels still not open due to COVID situation, so ended up here not really our first choice. Lovely clean updated rooms, furniture. Very pleasant reception staff. Myself and 7 colleagues stayed in this hotel last week and the service and hospitality could not have been more welcoming. Admittedly, we were a tricky bunch to manage logistically but there was not one request which could not be followed up. As somebody who spends 70% of the year living in hotels and from a suitcase, this hotel is definitely in the top tier of places I have stayed. I would like to reserve particular praise for the energetic receptionist Zahra who went above and beyond on more than one occasion to ensure that we all enjoyed our stay in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. Going forward I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and those in my industry and as soon as these uncertain times are behind us I will make a return to this hotel to enjoy it once again. We spent 2 nights in the Lemon and soul hotel. We paid about €100 a couple for 2 nights. We got a nice welcome the rooms were lovely decor and spacious. Well worth a stay. Will definitely go back it is 2 minutes from beach

An good location to the beach and boardwalk. Easy to enjoy and get around Las Palmas. A boutique hotel so room size and hotel space reflects that design. Good service but needed to ask for a room chair.

The hotel is one where all the effort and resources have been put into the room. We have a large room with very comfortable beds, a large bathroom with walk in shower.The wi fi works well and the TV has all the main UK channels, We have a kettle and a stocked mini bar fridge but that and the safe are extra. What is missing? Well there are is no lounge or dining room, breakfast is available in the cafe next door but they had run out of things by 9,30 and I don't think we will be troubling them again. It was 8 euros extra and not especially good value. The receptionists were very pleasant and helpful with our luggage as we had to wait for the room to be ready (we got there about 12.30) The hotels location is very good, only two minutes to the beach and about 5 to Santa Catalina Square. There is a small rooftop sunbathing area and this is nicely set up. However it does seem to be the place to smoke a cigarette . Even in Carnaval it was nice and quiet so a good sleep was had, we'll see how it is tonight with the fireworks and the last night of Carnaval Finally in booking a room make sure you get a confirmation with price as we paid slightly more than the booking sites were quoting.…
