Ended up in this place when the AC Iberia messed up my booking. They were able to accommodate me gone midnight. Efficient professional staff on throughout the night. Wifi was free and worked. Very clean well presented hotel.

This hotel sits in an amazing position with the golden sands on one side & views over the city/harbour on the other. The room was great and a fantastic bed & facilities in the room. The hotel is classed as a 5 Star but this is different to the UK rating. Its what facilities it has like a Swimming Pool,...

Nice rooms, big and clean. If you are having a room on backside the view is not good. But you can follow the live on the street from your balcony. On the front side there is a great view over the bay and beaches. Furthermore the promenade "las Canteras" is going just by the hotel. It is great for a...

Well located, quiet place.Great staff. Rooms are a good size very clean & tidy. Breakfast is varied, you can order eggs cooked to your liking also have cereals, fruit, cheese, meat ect . Nice place to stay as you are only 30 seconds away from Las Canteras beach with lots of places to eat, from local food to fast-food. Plenty of bars around.

Location is good and front desk area is nice, rooms with a view is decent but not super fresh interior and generally the rooms needed a refurbish long ago. Very noisy from local traffic if you do not have a room facing the sea. Breakfast very crowded but decent. Staff good and helpful. Many drug addicts in the area at...

Facilities and cleanliness were well below standard. The place needs a face lift and the staff some customer care training. Despite the above, the location was great and we were able to enjoy beach side runs and weren't far from a number of restaurants and a casino.

I felt a bit guilty only rating this a three, but feel honour bound to be honest to my fellow travellers. I must admit we tried to book the Reina Isobel, which looked very nice from the outside, with rooftop pool and terrace overlooking the beach, but sadly it was full. The plus points of this hotel : sea view...

Nice room and amazing wives to the sea. Cleaning is perfect. Breakfast room is too small and breakfast has quite small selection. Hotel is a little bit past. Room has nice balkony. There is table and two stairs. Gym room is too small. Swimming pool is nice. Room is drafty. Warming does not work.

This hotel is located in really fantastic place: picturesque bay surrounded by nice long promenade with numerous restaurants and bars. But we still wonder how it received 5* evaluation. At the basement of it there is "SEX SHOP"...No possibility to drive to hotel's door by car or taxi.Lobby still remembers better times ,maybe 1980s .No bell boy and concierge there. Rooms and...
