friendly staff. very clean. cosy. great rooms and top bed. location in the city center. i like everything about this hotel rooftop with sunbeds. outdoor look of the building is not spectacular but indoor everything is great
Due to the busy and quite narrow streets I found it difficult to locate the hotel in the hire car. Also I found parking nearby to be expensive. However, once I arrived I found the receptionist to be very pleasant and helpful, and the hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, which offers a pleasant stroll along the promenade, with many cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean; the doorstays prevented any slamming of doors by neighbouring guests and consequently it was very quiet. Breakfast (optional) was ample, the lady working there was very pleasant though quite overworked, having to attend to everything on her own. Consequently the hot foods tended to run out at times. I would happily stay here again, and for longer, now I know how to find it.
We enjoyed very much our stay last summer. The check-in is a pleasure because the staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are modern, quiet, clean and comfortable. WIFI worked perfectly. I adored the picture at the ceiling above the bed. Teh beach is just one block away. I would come back and recommend this hotel to a friend.
I stayed at this hotel last winter, and returned this winter, twice. The hotel is new, opened in 2017, and all facilities are still in very good condition. My standard room was very nice, well lit and designed with fair colours. It was spacious for a three-star and really offers four-star comfort and amenities. The four-stars nearby don’t even come close with their worn-out rooms. The room came with fast and reliable wifi. There were sockets at the desk and bedside tables so charging your devices was easy. The bed was comfortable. There was a safe and ample closet space. A 0.5 L bottle of water was provided on arrival, but was not replenished. The only, but big, downside was that the bathroom still had no room for toiletries at the small sink. The wall would have room for a small shelf – I still hope they add one. I brought this up with reception on departing last winter, and I understood then that I wasn’t the only one to have made the remark. There was no bathtub, but the shower had a handheld shower as well as a rain showerhead, with good water pressure. The door to the shower cubicle had been replaced with a sliding door now, a great improvement. The towels were of good quality and the bathroom came with several amenities usually seen in first-class hotels, such as a razor, a toothbrush etc. Breakfast (a bargain at €7, daily until 10:30 am) was served in the breakfast room in the basement. It was definitely worth the money. When I returned to my room on New Year’s Eve, a full-size bottle of sparkling wine, a glass and twelve grapes had been placed on the desk, as a surprise, courtesy of the hotel. A very nice and thoughtful gift for New Year’s. All staff were very friendly and helpful, and they spoke excellent English at reception. I’m already looking forward to returning next winter!…
the good; very friendly staff, located very close to the beach, affordable, roofterrace, clean, comfortable the so so; Dark rooms without view not much atmosphere. All in all ok for an overnight stay for not too much money.
