As many have said previously, this is a delightful hotel situated in a peaceful location but within easy walking distance to busy shopping area and very and convenient for travel on the train, buses and town centre. Also very convenient for travel to and from the airport. (Bus No 1 or taxi) Rooms are spacious, clean and bright, especially those...

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant stay. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the courtyard. Nice big room and a fine bathroom - loved the rain shower. Close to the bus and train station. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside the hotel - and close to lots of the tourist...

I was really looking forward to staying here having read the reviews. The night receptionist Mustafa was very pleasant and helpful. My room, number 6 lower ground floor, was very disappointing. I was travelling solo but the room had a hostel feel with three beds. The decor was scruffy and the large window opened directly onto a side alley which...

Stayed here with four female friends for four nights and loved it! The hotel is very close to public transport links. Within 5 minutes you can walk to the Plaza Espagne for the station, local bus stops. bus station and railway station (including the station for Soller) The number 1 bus from the airport stops at the same place. We...

Stayed here for 3 nights with 2 children in a 2-bedroom suite with terrace. The reception area, bar and courtyard are lovely. The suite itself was very spacious but rather functional in appearance and style, and lacking in the kind of charm and luxury you might expect from a "boutique hotel". Breakfasts were fine - although the cooked options were...

We spent a night in this hotel with my 5 and 2 yo children. We all liked it very much the decoration of the hotel, the terrace-patio, and our junior suite wich had a big living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and one very big terrace. It was very quite. The staff is quite polite and nice, all the time...

The hotel is situated near a main shopping area in the city down an alleyway. We couldn't get over how quiet the courtyard area was considering how close we were to all the hustle and bustle of the town. The hotel is well-placed for all the places you may wish to visit whilst in Palma, and is also very close...

UR Mision de San Miguel is hard to find, even for cabbies. If you go out, make sure you have the front desk write down the cross streets where you should be dropped off. Basically, you get dropped off in a small back street, what I would call an alley. The hotel tries to keep the alley nice, but it...

We stayed here for a City visit at the end of a beach holiday in the North. Great location. Staff were very friendly. Pretty courtyard. Room was clean, comfy bed, not noisy, good bathroom with walk in shower, good wifi. Breakfast was a little disappointing and we would recommend going out to nice cafes within 100yds. We also found a...
