We regret your stay was not satisfactory. We checked the next morning that the smell had disappeared and it was a punctual error of excessive cleaning. From reception, we felt we could not do enough for you.

We've stayed in 3 different quad rooms at this hotel and a connecting room too. The quad rooms are located on different levels the last we had was on the same floor as the breakfast room it was split level and overlooked... More
We've stayed in 3 different quad rooms at this hotel and a connecting room too. The quad rooms are located on different levels the last we had was on the same floor as the breakfast room it was split level and overlooked the street so you did have the hustle and bustle of noise but we loved it. The kids loved being on the upper level as they called it. One room we had overlooked Palma out to the sea. This was L shaped and it was nice the children being around the corner all rooms come with two TV's. The final quad only had a window to a small courtyard but we didn't mind as we were only there for a few nights. The benefit of an interconnecting is two bathrooms but you will pay a little more for two rooms. I guess it depends on your budget and what your priorities are. Emma
