The sea view is marvellous for a very good price. The staff is really friendly and the room was clean and had good beds. The location is perfect, in the old town, just off the very touristic streets.

Hotel is very well located in a quiet part of the Parte Vieja. Many of the rooms, including hours, had views of the sea. This is definately not a luxury hotel but it is basic and clean. There aren't many places in San Sebastian where you can have a sea view room for 82 euros a night! Sara at reception...

I have very mixed feelings about my experience here. It's in an area (parte viejo) that is generally very loud, but luckily it is a bit removed from the main areas, and it has windows that are quite well sound-isolated. Great, so far so good - looks better than a lot of the other options. The problem is that there...

We booked 3 nights at this pension in April and paid 50euros deposit as requested but had to cancel late due to the volcanic ash flight disruption but did give 4 days notice. We rescheduled our trip for May and tried to re-book but the pension was full so we booked alternative accommodation with the Pension Edorta which was fantastic...

This hotel was booked for myself and my girlfriend by a friend so we didnt know what to expect upon arrival. The "hotel" is part of an apartment complex right on the sea front. If you are looking for 5 star luxury, this is not the best place; however if you are looking for a basic, clean, comfortable, en-suite room...

I spent a few nights here in June 2006 and had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable...I had my own bathroom and a tv and a balcony with a view of the water and the Monte Urgull. The rooms were pretty basic as far as decoration and amenities, but you couldn't beat the location, only a few...

My review is based purely on the people who ran the hotel. Was very sick when I stayed here and the manager and her daughter went out of their way to help me. The view was spectacular and the location was fantastic. Great beachfront location. Exceptionally clean, close to shops and restaurants.

I stayed here for three nights. My room was literrally in the reception so that might have been the reason for the less-than-great experience. The staff was friendly but didn't speak very much English and my Spanish is horrible. Overall this pension doesn't offer much privacy or comfort. San Sebastian is beautiful... there has to be a better option than...

Fantastic location, fantastic view. I was expecting breakfast though, promised by another reviewer, so was disappointed on that score, otherwise an excellent choice for budget san sebastian.

The best situated pension in the elegant town of San Sebastian. With comfortable double rooms, directly overlooking the ocean & two minutes walk from the old town. Along with the friendly service & unbelievably low rates, this is the place to stay, in the north of Spain, if you're on a budget.
