The hotel is ideally situated for the central area. However our room 215 was too near the elevator to get a good night's sleep We stayed for 2 nights at a cost of €519 room only. We assumed there would be a kettle in the room and if not, a coffee dock available. Unfortunately neither, I enquired at reception and was told I had booked a standard room and this did not come with a kettle.

Sadly disappointed with our 2 night stay. We have stayed in numerous Meliá/ Meliá affiliated hotels and have found the standards to be high, a good 4 star rating. This hotel falls far short of that. The staff are the good point, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Lifts are tiny. Bedroom was clean but fittings, furniture, towels and linen are all dated, worn and cheap. Furniture was old and chipped, towels worn through. There is no bar, no tea making facilities in room and no where in reception to get hot drinks. Staying in San Sebastián for a week but luckily had only booked this hotel for 2 nights. Others in the vicinity are far nicer. Don’t be duped by the Meliá affiliation.

The hotel has a very convenient location, but for customers by car it is extremely difficult, there are no free parking, there are all-day but expensive and those who are in the municipality even if you pay you can not stay more than three hours. There isn't even a discount if you are owner of Melia Reward.The building quite ugly, and the hotel area actualy start from sixt floor, the down floors are office place.The room quite small, but better from Trip Alicante. The bathroom is quite small and the shower is quite difficult to use and not at all modern. We got a corner room and we had small part see vew. Very close to the beach and the old town for a walk, but quite outdated in terms of furniture and amenities and quite expensive for what it offers

Traveled with a family of four (with two teenagers) The hotel is in a good location - a five minute walk to the beach. There is limited on site parking for a fee. The hotel is nicely decorated, as are the rooms, but in need of some TLC. Our room had a bathtub which is a plus, but it needed to be cleaned before used.
We stayed here the first week of December when the temperature was in the 60s (Fahrenheit). According to the hotel, they do not offer air conditioning starting in October. Our room was very hot, the only thing that made it bearable, was opening the window, which brought in street noise.

This is only a 2 stars hotel and only because of the views and the location. We stayed in a sea view premium room which cost more but it was still very small, just like the severely outdated bathroom. There was mold and chipped tiles. Also, the body wash is just a big refillable bottle, not individually packaged. Not sanitary, not 4 stars. One door of the closet was broken so we only had access to half of the closet. The building needs remodeling and updating inside and outside.

I am a wheelchair user and this was one of the most poorly designed hotels and dangerous accessible rooms I've ever stayed in.
There were three lifts and I was advised to take the big one only. However, this wasn't wide enough for me to move the wheelchair by myself without scraping my hands when I got in and out the lift.
The bedroom was too small for a wheelchair to move around.
And the bathroom only had a grab rail on one side of the toilet, which meant I couldn't use it. The toilet was also far too low, which meant I couldn't get on and off by myself.
This meant it took me an extra hour to safely get ready in the morning, which meant I missed breakfast every day. I wasn't prepared to get up extra early on my holiday to get there in time.
On every level, this was extremely disappointing.
Worst of all, when I wrote to the manager afterwards he told me I'd booked a room package including breakfast and he wouldn't refund me for this. I told him I'd booked an accessible room but he didn't provide one! I'm still waiting for a response....
Disappointing, unhelpful and I really hope they fix the issues before they advertise the room as accessible. Because it wasn't.!

The location is very convenient, about a block to the famous La Concha beach, and 5-10 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants.
The AC did not work, in the middle of the heat wave when it's 90 degrees during the day, and unfortunately the AC did not work during the night when the temperature cooled down either...The hotel staff was contacted and something was done but nothing much changed, so it was hot and humid for 4 days and 3 nights...
I had a Junior suite with ocean view and balcony, which is probably their best room so no AC is not cool.

The reception staff were really helpful and our room had a lovely view over the main beach of San Sebastián. 3 or 4 minutes walk to the old town.
