Had a bad experience here, had booked a few nights on the Hostel World website which had a special offer, when I arrived at the hotel however, they told me the offer was not actually what had been stated on Hostel World - they claimed there weren't able to fully explain the offer on the website due to space restictions....

This hostal provides basic, clean accomodation. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a buffet breakfast provided, with baked goods, ham, cheese and a drinks machine which produced very good coffee. However, the hostal is very noisy. The walls are paper-thin, so if you have people next door with their TV on until past midnight (as I did)...

Due to the volcano eruption we got a flight from Tenerife to Bilbao. Went to the tourist info and they gave us the address and contact number to this Hostal. Well impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the staff were so helpful. Wonderful breakfast in the morning. Our room was very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard.Would...

four of us have just come back from a stay here, as we went to the bruce concert, first class very helpfull and clean, nice and quiet area, all four of us in the past have stayed in five star hotels in the med, and this was cleaner then some of them we stayed in, all the staff were polite...
