Bathrooms and showers are simply dirty and some were out or order; they don't provide locks for the lockers and charge extra for linens and towels. Breakfast is included and decent (bread, jam, butter, coffee, biscuits). Although well located, many uneducated guests barge into the rooms laughing and talking loudly during the night since there is no night reception personnel... More

Problems in the rooms (not enough place, beds too smalls, 2 out of 4 are not working). Violent clients. Reception absent during the night. Impossible to lock the doors of the rooms. No bed sheet. To avoid absolutely !!!!!!

This hostel has a very good location, right in front of Guggenheim with excellent view to it. You can enjoy a phantastic view to the river, museum and Iberdrola tower while having breakfast, which is simple but ok, based on bread, marmelade and milk/coffee. It is about 20 minute distance from the bus station and 15 minutes from the bars... More

Not the cleanest hostel but does have good central location. Could do with curtains for privacy in 21 bed dorm as feels like there isn't much privacy. I didn't stay for breakfast but looked like baguettes

I paid 22€ for a bed in a three-bed-bunk in a tiny room with 21 beds. There was really not enough space although the area was pretty clean. The bathrooms could have used one extra daily cleaning. The breakfast was really good: good coffee, fresh bread, juice and cereals. Although not enough space for 21 people to eat. The view... More

My girlfriend and i only staied at this hostel for one night. Its not the best or most cleanest hostel, but a fine place. Its pretty small but the showers are hot and there's a plenty of breakfast. The location is great. Close to the city and the museum.

I'm ok with sleeping at airports or other crazy places. During this trip I've even spent a night at the beach in Biarritz. So even if I don't need high standards I must admin it literally was one of worst hostels I've even been in. On pictures they show only top level of beds. Well I've never seen three level... More

I have been away for 2mths and have stayed in many different hostels in Morroco, Spain and Portugal and am also 9days into the Camino (Frances) and this is by far the worst place I've stayed in. Beds are stacked 3 high and waaaay to close to each other so there's no room for ur bag. Shower door lock and... More

Went to this "Youth Hostel" when my Air B & B fell through. Poor choice. The positive - located across the river from the Guggenheim Museum convenient to everywhere in Bilbao. Sheets are clean. You meet interesting travelers. It has lots of beds. The Negative - people coming and going at all hours. Three level bunk beds in dormitory style... More

I'd be keen to meet the people who gave five star reviews. It would be a hell of a party.. I am walking Camino de Santiago (North). I just finished walking the French part. Which means I have been staying in 5 weeks worth of youth hostels of ALL sorts. This one is by far the worst one. It was... More
