Princessa Munia is beautiful, modern hotel. We had room 302, a big one, looking to the street. The room was nicely decorated. This was also true for the walls of the gangways. We had breakfast there, which was good. We went to the city center but the Cathedral was closed. We comforted our self with eating carbayons, a local speciality....

The fourth of our stopover Hotels on our 9 day tour of Cantabria/Asturias. We'd heard Oviedo was worth a visit (which it was) on our way to the coast. We only stayed one night but would have liked a second. You can't find a better facility than this. Perfect location - in a quiet one way street but close strolling...

The staff here is exceptional - everyone was very helpful and nice. Room was large, clean and modern. Great location to see all the sights in Oviedo. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have free parking as well.

We stayed here during Fiestas de San Mateo and we assume this accounts for the enormous disparity between the cost of the room for the Saturday and subsequent nights. It means we would say the hotel was really overpriced on one night and very reasonable for the rest of our stay. The hotel is decorated in a modern style and...

Modern style hotel with great location. Rooms are comfy, spacious and quiet. There is a small problem with the shower that leaks no matter what which is the only flaw we found in this spotlessly clean hotel. Wifi did work for surfing the net, not so for data transmission. Punctual problems with an easy fix: once we referred this to...

Stayed in a standard room with no view, on the first floor. The location balanced out the awful sound proofing. Pros - Location could not be better -Clean, nice bathroom -Good breakfast with nespresso coffee and delicious pastries -about 8 different types of gin on the room service list! -umbrella in the wardrobe Cons -Noisy room - we could hear...

The bathroom let the room down. Another hotel that has succumbed to the nonsense of opaque glass walls for the bathroom. Worse still the towel rail is in the shower area so unusable and the shower and toilet are in the same space. So after you've had a shower the toilet floor is wet. Rubbish design. But the hotel is...

This is an ideal hotel for your visit to Oviedo, being central to the old and new towns. It is spotlessly clean and offers above average accommodation. Hotel staff very friendly. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Oviedo.

We loved staying at the Princesa Munia in Oviedo in late April 2014. We were within walking distance of the major attractions, and it was beautifully appointed inside. Everything is brand new and very comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. We also enjoyed overlooking the street and having a small balcony.

My partner booked the attic suite as a present for my birthday and added a spa treatment for the two of us (16€ each from Sun-Thurs). It was amazing! I have never been in a so beautiful and marvelous hotel-room. It has everything you need, and the electric bonfire makes a magical atmosphere, the same as the jacuzzi! Prices of...

“The waiter did his best here to keep the service going but you don't really need to learn to use the coffee and tea machine if you are only staying a couple of nights. Considering the location and the wide choice in the area, we may consider going back to the hotel but no breakfast next time.”
