We chose this property as best value for money for a one stay and a perfect location. Ask for a plaza view room as the other side is ugly. Breakfast buffet is OK and only EU6. Parking under the plaza (EU12/day with hotel validated ticket) is no problem, but the hotel could make it easier to understand before you arrive....

The hotel Pilar is across the road from the only sight really worth seeing in Zaragoza - the impressive Basilica de Pilar. The hotel was clean, if a little crazy. The rooms were very small, but the bed was big, the linen was crisp and it had air-conditioning. While the staff were friendly and spoke some English, that is about...

We loved this little hotel. The location isamazong. We woke up and opened the blinds to see the Ascensor de Pilar. So many places to eat, drink or shop are all in walking distance. It is small, but very lovely. Staff was very friendly.

This is a bed and breakfast hotel suitable for short stays. The rooms a little on the small side and have no wardrobes but an open hanging frame. It is clean and comfortable with a good shower room. The staff are friendly .

Freshly refurbished room looking out at the plaza in front of the Basilica. Room was fair sized but lacked closet, safe, easy chair, luggage rack or bench, fridge, coffee maker or adequate soundproofing. Bathroom was smallish with only soap and no shelves to place any personal toilet items but shower had great pressure. Continental breakfast was comprehensive and good. Staff...

This was a lovely hotel and in the best location, unfortunately due to rain and being an old building there can sometimes be a smell from the drains :(. We got a room change due to this and was offered free breakfast. Staff very helpful and polite.

This hotel is a gem! Clean room! Excellent water pressure in the shower. Friendly and helpful guest service. Right in the plaza. So you do hear bells ringing. Early in the morning! The view from my room was the Basilica of Our Lady of Pillar. Gorgeous view! I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, although a little bit on the small size. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Wouldn't recommend using the spa underground, smelt quite bad and was quite spooky as buried in the cellar downstairs - nowhere to store stuff or get changed. Parking in the nearby public car park...

Amazing hotel for 3 stars! Feels like it should be more. The hotel is situated in the centre of Zaragoza and right next to the main cathedral. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to eat out and the hotel staff are very knowledgable about where the locals go. Very helpful and always keen to give us advice. The rooms...

We stayed at this Hotel for two nights and we could have stayed more - Very upscale and tastefully decorated rooms - Bed was very comfortable. We got a room that overlooked the square and it was worth it - Bells from the cathedral in the morning, followed by piped out singing from the choir made it truly amazing -...
