Detailed Reviews
Spent 6 x nights (as a couple) at end of May, quite warm weather and first time to Seville. We chose the PP hotel mainly due to location. The EA airport shuttle stop is 500 mtrs away so we were lucky. Our room was a top floor QUAD + terrace which was nice and roomy and worth the extra. Plenty of windows so very bright and sunny. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom, especially the shower, was excellent. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, also having a good size room safe was re-assuring when we went out . We used the quiet terrace for late evening relax + reading.
Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had (I have travelled Europe as part of my work). The breakfast dining area appears a little small and first and can get busy at 'peak times' but it works very well and we had no problems over 6 x mornings all at different times. Consider they serve between 7 am to 11.00am is impressive.
Location to Seville centre is about 15- 20mins walk but plenty to explore en-route. Triana bridge is a bit closer and offers a nice round walk trip thro a park area, along the river. (Tip) We took the 20 euro boat trip and the ticket also gave two x 1hr city walks for free (you chose the day/s) which we appreciated ( it was fun and in multiple languages).
In the local area near the hotel there is plenty to explore, nearby bars and cafes and the start point of 'loads and loads' of shops (my misses loved these !). Overall the hotel is in a very nice neighbourhood, the 5 ** star hotel across the road will confirm the same. Seville city all round is safe, clean and well looked after
The only awkward part was sometimes we were aware of the slow traffic passing the hotel at night (one way street). The street outside is cobbled in parts so we could hear the car tyre noise at odd times. If you have a smaller room and windows then i'm sure you would hardly notice.
Finally the hotel staff were 100% very courteous and very helpful.
Q? Would we stay there again .... (drum roll) ... definately yes !
Hope this reviews helps couples looking for a first visit to Seville !

The best thing is the location, you get anywhere in 10 minutes or less, to Triana, to the bus station to catch the shuttle bus to the airport, near the cathedral, Giralda, Alcázar, or to Plaza Duque y Setas. The breakfast is more of a 4*. Fresh fruit every morning, natural juice, homemade guacamole, homemade crushed tomato, different oils, different kind of milk, infused water, and a long etc! Staff constantly restocking, a 10 to breakfast! The room may be somewhat small but it is rewarded by very comfortable beds and pillows. Surprise, you open the window and you have stuck an orange tree that in March with orange blossom smells wonderful. Highly recommended

Hotel nn very large, our room, quadruple, clean and very bright on the 2nd floor, I had asked for a quiet room and I was satisfied, they gave me a corner room (so you can not hear the comings and goings of people) spacious bathroom and shower with quality products, I asked for more towels and they gave them to me sometimes I happened to other hotel make a fuss! Soft sheets and double pillows, the only note (but for my taste and habit the mattress is too soft! Centrally located, in 15/30 minutes you reach all the sites, in the evening lively area full of clubs, restaurants, markets and shops for shopping 5 minutes, in short, a really nice area!!
The breakfast varied and quality, freshly squeezed oranges, one morning I also tasted the potato tortilla, nook where to serve not very comfortable if there are many people, the staff always friendly and smiling.
Super recommended hotel..

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the breakfast was really good with a lot of cold and hot options (Spanish omelet was our favorite) though fruits could be fresher. They even offered nuts and different types of jam for coffee/tea, and there were several types of juices. The elevator was so small that only one person with luggage could fit in. Receptionists were always friendly. However, the room was probably the worst we have stayed in. The beds (double bed and bunk bed) were put at the entrance of the room with 90 degrees angle between them and less than a foot between them. It was really hard to get from and into the room and not to get hurt. Person sleeping on the lower bunk bed was unable to sit on it. And one small plastic chair was not enough for the quadruple room.

Pension, very good reception, all the staff is perfect from the reception to breakfast as well as the housekeepers. Breakfast is absolutely superb and very varied (there is something for everyone). Now in small palace there is indeed the word small, our room was small as well as the bathroom. Perhaps the bedroom should remove this large wardrobe, and review the bedroom organization (a bedside table that would incorporate the small fridge on one side and trunk would give a little more room for a suitcase rack). Pension s location is perfect for seeing many things around as well as restaurants. The photos are in line with reality.

The hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing and overall we were happy with the hotel. The staff were excellent.
It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast choice, the full breakfast option is to much for us, we ended up having cereal at the cafe next to the hotel.
Also as the rooms are very small, it would be nice to have a small lounge to relax after walking around all day. There was also some builder type banging noise every morning from above which started around 08:00.

Great staff, good breakfast but small rooms and very narrow bathroom...
Also, they are very heavy with sending mail after booking, they do not stop!.
I made the reservation with booking, I gave the card as a guarantee and booking confirms the reservation, well, then you receive an email from petit palace so that you put back all the card details to confirm the reservation, that is not so, if booking (with whom you have chosen to work) has already confirmed the reservation do not give me work again, right? that is the only thing, I received a total of 6 emails after my reservation, too much.

The hotel is very conveniently located to reach the main tourist places and the bus stop to the airport. The room is slightly small, but not having spent much time in the hotel was not a problem. The only flaw, the rooms are not particularly soundproofed, the mess of the other guests feels great, and we could not go a whole night without being woken up by the slammed doors and voices too loud in the hallway. This is more due to the rudeness of the other guests than to an objective fault of the hotel. Perhaps there is a need to specify to guests that they are not alone and at 3 am not everyone goes out to party. The noises of the outside, however, can not be heard, despite being on a road.

We have been a few days ago and we are delighted, the perfect location to tour the most important points of Seville without moving the car, the attention of the staff, the cleanliness that for us is essential, the director who got to know her because she personally attended us with a question was charming and very resolving, Veronica we will return delighted to your hotel, we have felt at home, without doubt your attention was the culmination to know that in Seville this is our little corner to rest. THANK YOU!!
