This hotel is located close to everything, so big bonus for that; however, it should not be classified as a B&B. The hotel offers breakfast, yes, but since it's on the terrace, if there is any bad weather, the hotel can choose not to hold breakfast service. (Two of the three mornings we were there were rainy, so of course,...

Stayed here 3 nights in room 14 in late November. Pros: * Excellent location, under 3 minute walk to the Cathedral and Royal Palace * Friendly staff * 24 hour reception * Very basic morning breakfast (consisting of juice, muffins, cake slices, toast and coffee) on the roof. * Besides the bug bites, we did like our room. The bed...

This hotel is delightful. Friendly staff who talked us through the best of the tourist attractions when we arrived. Well appointed room, and on dry days they serve a free breakfast on the roof terrace, which is simple but plentiful. Don't worry about wet days - the hotel is very close to Plaza Alfalfa, with three bakery cafés, and a...

Wonderful location, easy walk to catedral, main shopping, Plaza Nueva, Plaza de Espana. Rooms are clean, wifi limited in the room especially at night. Noise-you can hear noise from other rooms and the street however it quietens down very late at night. Reception staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast of coffee/tea/juice, toast, pastries, fruit....

Unfortunately, I was convinced to book this Hostal by the beautiful pics and great web site. Location is great, friendly staff, etc..., but I got a room so, so bad, in the reception hall, with all the noise and people talking at the front desk two meters away mith an echoeing marble floor... Couldn't sleep after 7am, which took all...

The hotel as such has a central location in the old town close to several points of interest. The rooms and premises are quite OK, and the reception staff is just outstanding in their helpfulness.
