The hotel is situated in an excellent location and the room we had was large, clean and modern. The standard of fixtures and fittings was also good and the room was cleaned each day. Overall, the hotel looks the part. It was however very noisy outside, as there was a lot of building work going on across the road -...

We stayed at the Petit Palace for 6 nights and I dont think we're high maintanence guests but I was really disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is over priced and definitely not 4 star. The loaction is perfect but apart from that, the hotel has few redeeming features. 1. The basement rooms are damp and smelly and the wallpaper...

Dear Guest, We thank you choose our hotel to stay in Seville. Regarding your comment we answer you some questions: 1. All the rooms have in the wall a modern paper sticked to the wall and there is no room with the paper pilling off the wall, we would like to know where it is to stick it, otherwise the...

A few notes about my stay at this hotel: -Great location near most of the main tourist attractions -We had a spacious corner room, with a huge bathroom, great lighting -Tip: don't eat breakfast at the hotel, go across the street for cheaper -There's a general store in the same little plaza as the hotel if you forgot basic toiletires...

We stay for 4 nights, rooms were very clean and confortable with modern decor, complimentary laptop and free WiFi. We like the location of the hotel in the old city centre (Barrio Santa Cruz) steps from Cathedral, guys at reception were very friendly and helpful and we have free coffee and water at reception lounge, they have free bicycle for...

In the beautiful Santa Cruz district this is a great little hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Nearby is the famous Bodega tapasbar. The hotel is in the heart of Sevilla so from the hotel all attractions of the city are in walking distance. Free bike rental, free wireless internet. Don't bring a car; there is...

We stayed here in a family room-and though we appreciated the folding bunk beds for the kids, we were bothered by the fact that the bathroom is only seperated by a glass door offering no privacy at all. There were ants and the room was a bit smelly, the breakfast far over priced. But what really bothered us the most...

This hotel was just a few blocks from the Catedral and all the cafes/bars surrounding it. The location was far enough away to be quiet at night which was nice. The hotel rooms were fine although the bathroom was separated by just a sheet of glass. No privacy. The hotel-provided laptops worked but we didn't have any luck with their...

Dell laptop in bedrooms Here are the bad points: * Beds & Bedrooms – the worst nights sleep we have ever had! You’d get a better...

The star rating for this hotel is misleading. While the reception and hall areas are beautifully designed and imposing, the rooms are not. We had a room for two people which was so small we kept tripping over the bed and furniture. Our main gripe was the cleanliness though. The curtains and carpets were stained and the room had not...

We stayed here for 3 nights, 4-7th Nov 2010. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the airport. The actual hotel is situated in Bario Cruz, the older part of Seville. The hotel whilst not central,is a quick walk to the all the main sites. The hotel rooms are clean but like many of the other travellers...
