We stayed here for 6 nights discovering Seville and very pleased with our choice. The hotel building is very relaxing, especially the rooftop terrace, and has alot of character. The location is very good, roughly 15 minutes walk to the Giralda and Alcazar and 20-25 to the Plaza de Armas bus staion, from where we got the local bus to Ronda, worth a visit. The Seta and main shopping streets are just 5 minutes away. We found lots of good restaurants within a 10 minute radius, mainly away from the buzzing center as they were quieter. The room was very comfortable, toiletries, water and coffee replenished daily. The breakfast was very varied and good quality. The feather in the cap for this hotel though is the staff, they are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and certainly helped make this such an enjoyable stay, offering lots of helpful tips for what to do, where to eat and arranging our return taxi.

The service at this hotel was impeccable and have amazing hospitality. It is a very nice hotel for international travelers. Check in was very quick and the front desk gave us many recommendations for dinner and sight-seeing. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. When we arrived there were complimentary gifts and it was my wife's birthday, so they sent complimentary champagne to our room. Toiletry bags were replenished every day and were of very high quality. The rooftop area was gorgeous and open until midnight and the bar service was again very quick and convenient. This hotel was a very comfortable as American travelers and what we are accustomed to in the states, the staff made it a very warm experience. The location is also perfect. It is a short and beautiful walk to the historical part of the city and shopping center, but if you need a taxi the hotel arranges them very quickly. They do not have a restaurant, but do offer breakfast. Thought we did not take it, it seemed very good for the price it was.

The service in this hotel is exceptional. From the street it is barely visible as a hotel and as you walk in there opens up a beautiful Andalusian patio. It rained a lot whilst we were there but staff rearranged the chairs so that they were dry and set out patio heaters which made it look so welcoming. A couple of nights into our stay we were brought a huge and delicious fruit plate with the hotel's compliments. My partner and I have just got back from a wonderful 3 nights here- there were so many positives! Firstly, the hotel is in a fantastic location, just a walk from most of the attractions and restaurants etc. Despite its central location, as soon as you walk in to the hotel is it cool, peaceful and smells amazing (of orange blossom!) The staff on the desk were so friendly and were happy to help with any requests- they booked a table at a local restaurant for my birthday meal for me when I requested a recommendation and later that evening a lovely bottle of Cava appeared in our room. Our room was clean and the bed was huge! The only downside for our room is that it had no window to outside and was right by reception so quite noisy. I would request a room with a window and on a higher level for a quieter experience. The rooftop pool was perfect for the hot afternoons when we’d had enough exploring. We enjoyed many a cocktail and a club sandwich there! We had the buffet breakfast a couple of the mornings and it was delicious with lots to choose from. I would really recommend this hotel and would return if we were to come back to Seville.

Could not fault this hotel or its staff, they were always there to help with absolutely anything that was needed, they were friendly and always so helpful! The hotel itself is spotless with modern decor in a traditional building, they make the customer feel special from the start and always went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, would not hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever in Seville, the hotel is within walking distance of all attractions with lots of bars and restaurants surrounding the area, only a short walk away from La Setas. A great hotel situated within walking distance to all the centre. We received a warm welcome on arrival by all the staff who were always helpful when we needed taxis or directions. Our room was on the 2nd floor towards the back of the hotel, it was clean spacious and very comfortable, it was also very quiet which ensured we had a great nights sleep after busy days. (The air con was great too). On our last night we received a bottle of sparkling wine to the room with the compliments of the hotel which was a nice touch as was the welcome drinks vouchers. We didn’t include breakfast in our stay but did go once and it was very good. Overall an excellent stay and we will be sure to return.

Everything about this hotel is just perfect! The rooms are immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. A fantastic breakfast is available every morning too, and a rooftop bar was a great way to relax and have a drink after a day of sightseeing. The staff at the hotel is wonderful. Everyone is so genuinely kind and helpful. The location is near walking distance to almost all the major sights, and we found it very quiet at night. This was our second time staying at the hotel. We spent three nights in this very pretty hotel, centrally located in Seville. This was our first time in Seville and the property has exceeded all expectations!
Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was really good with lots of options - the mango juice was so good I could not stop drinking it! The hotel has different wings where rooms are allocated, there is a very nice smell throughout and it does give you a clean feel throughout. There are two small pools on the rooftop which make the Seville heat more bearable!
Last but not least, the staff has been outstanding from day one throughout! A special big thanks to Justo for his professionalism and kindness along with everyone else at reception and at breakfast, everyone always with a smile! Will highly recommend this property to anyone going to Seville!

Absolutely FABULOUS. Stayed 3 nights at this hotel with my wife and my newborn son, and we had a great time. The hotel is very new and attention to detail, the location is very good right in the historic center of Seville and the breakfast is varied on both sweet and savory, with all products of excellent quality. What makes the difference, however, is the service: all the staff is incredible, always with a smile and always manage to meet expectations. From helping us with the stroller at every opportunity, to booking restaurants by searching among all those in the area, to offering us a plate of fruit in the room to apologize for the noise of other guests. What can I say, really a great experience.
If I were to return to Seville, I would have no doubt!

Hi I cannot advise on all rooms but our one overlooked the street and had a very slim balcony. The taxi from the airport was 30 euros and only took 20 minutes. However, it was after 8pm. Be advised that taxis cannot drop or pickup outside of hotel. The drop off point is about 100 metres from hotel entrance. There is a taxi rank about 200 metres from hotel. The hotel was great with lovely and helpful staff.
There is no parking at the hotel, there are public car parks within 5-10 minutes walk if you hire a car. On a second visit I would not hire a car and use taxis instead which can pick up from the hotel door, and there is a shuttle from the airport to city centre.

Sorry but unfortunately we have no gym, but our nearby hotel of the same Company Group, Fernando III Hotel, only 5 minutes walking, has a gym with different machines and treadmill. The walking between hour hotels is very nice and tipycal. You can ask for this service totally free in our Reception. Or you can go to another nearby gym, wich it's called 'Cuesta Sport', 7-8 minutes walking, you can ask for information about it in our Reception too.
