The Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla garners positive feedback for its spacious and pristine rooms, though the bed configurations and room conditions have left some guests wanting. While the hotel's atmosphere is praised for its cleanliness and comfort, a few have remarked on the need for brighter rooms and updates. Its location is appreciated for business endeavors but is not the most convenient for sightseeing, despite ample parking. Service stands out with the staff's commendable hospitality. Amenities are generally well-received, especially the pool and breakfast options, though there is room for gym enhancement.

We had a very nice three night points stay, and particularly enjoyed the warm service from the front desk and restaurant staff. Everything was very consistent with the brand.

Pro's:
- As mentioned, the staff is very friendly, bi-lingual, and helpful with local knowledge.
- We arrived by car, and are not fans of driving in the downtown areas of European cities. We liked the ease of access to/from the highway plus the on property parking beneath the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised that the parking was not super small spots that are so common in Europe; it was nice to have some space between cars and not worry about damaging the rental car.
- In light of our driving preferences, we found the location to be very good. It is 1 block to a bus stop (route 3) that takes you downtown to all the tourist locations. We chose to Uber instead; it cost about 10 euros each way.
- The room was very clean and well appointed, including a mini-fridge. The room was a bit larger than many European rooms.
- We enjoyed the breakfast that comes with gold status. Pro tip: you can get the eggs to order. We missed the sign until our final morning.

Other notes:
- There are not many dining or shopping options within a short walk of the hotel.
- If you are inclined to walk further, check with the front desk. We felt the surroundings were safe, yet if you get a mile away in one direction, it gets a little sketchy.
- There's a Costco about 4 blocks away, if that's your thing.

For us, this was an excellent use of points and a very nice stay.

Very comfortable stay, front office team are very helpful and very knowledgeable for any questions I have inquired. Rooms are spacious and great addition is their ice/water room, you can refill anytime complimentary. I unfortunately did not try the pool but sure looks guests enjoyed having this facility. The hotel is not at the center of Seville but is a short walk to the bus station which is very convenient and takes only about 15-20 mins to see sights. Will def recommend!

Our week long stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla overlapped with the amazing Seville April Feria 2024. In our opinion, this is a fabulous time of year to visit the stunning city of Seville, see the sights and enjoy a celebration of Andalusian food, fashion and culture without the heat of high Summer. We loved this hotel and received a very warm welcome from all staff working here, in particular the hotel Front Reception staff We were very grateful for the clear and helpful information supplied about the Feria events timetable plus advice supplied about landmark attractions (including the magnificent Roman site of Italica which is a short taxi ride away from this hotel). Our room at the Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was first class (especially the freshly made omelettes) and the evening meals were also very good. Little touches like the basement washing/drying machines added to the quality of our hotel experience. We loved the hotel's garden and pool area and found this a great area to sit, relax and have a drink (try the sangria) after a hard day's sightseeing in the city. Although this hotel is not in the city centre, we enjoyed our bus trips into the centre of Seville. Bus stops were very conveniently located to the hotel, buses were cheap and easy to use and we had fun 'people watching' along the way. This hotel's location also meant that we were able to eat in some nearby local non-touristic restaurants and pavement cafes. Thank you to Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla team for a wonderful holiday. We fell in love with Seville and would gladly re-visit and return to this excellent hotel.

After spending the better part of a day traveling from Faro, Portugal to Seville, we were happy to arrive at the modern, upscale Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla. A reasonably-priced bottle of wine from The Shop to enjoy in our spacious room and a tasty dinner in the hotel's restaurant were a perfect ending to our long day. It was great to be staying outside the high-traffic tourist areas but close enough to take short Uber rides to both the Real Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. The breakfasts were really very good and a cut above the standard HGI offerings, and the employees throughout the property were hospitable, professional and always willing to provide assistance with a smile. Probably because we traveled to Seville at the beginning of December and planned more than six months in advance, our room rates were wonderful...average per night was Euro70. We totally enjoyed our time at the Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla and would definitely return, as well as plan ahead again.

I recently had the great pleasure of staying in the Hilton Garden Inn Sevilla on vacation. At check in we received a very warm welcome from Cristian at the front desk. The whole experience was done with minimum fuss and we were allocated a suite which was very much appreciated. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The breakfast catered for all tastes and set you up for the day ahead. In the evening we enjoyed the bar area where we were looked after by Maria & Alfonso. The hotel location is great for transfer to and from the airport which is 15 mins away and Jaime at reception was most helpful with guidance on how to get about Sevilla. Access to the city centre was on the local bus No'3 for 1.40 Euro paid to the driver. We would recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Sevilla. The staff are very friendly and make you feel most welcome. We will certainly go back again !!

We’ve stayed in a Hilton before, in Amsterdam and it was a classic hotel with your every needs and that was reflected in this trip, too. The service of this hotel was amazing; we needed a few more pillows and they arrived within 10 mins. In the room, we found shower gel, conditioner and shampoo in a simple, easy to use shower. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve had for a while. I had an amazing sleep there. We stayed here when it was 40 degrees and the rooms’ air con was exceptional, it was so refreshing walking into the room after a hot day. It was like walking out of a sauna and into a freezer. The television only had 2 English speaking channels which were both news. The lift system was very clever; you’ll see!
Breakfast was great; there was lots of choice from hot food to fruit to pastries and waffles 🧇 ( I KNOW, RIGHT?). The pool area was wonderful; you get a great choice of sun, shade or near and far from the pool. If you are planning any picnics, beware, you aren’t allowed any food or drink next to the pool( you have to buy it from the hotel - €4.50 for a pint of lager) although there is a cool place to sit and relax if you want full shade and a picnic. This is not a city hotel; you are anywhere between 30-50mins by bus from the city centre depending on where you are heading. We used the number 3 bus which can be joined via the bus stop near the hotel, approx 3 min walk. Don’t forget your mask! It’s €1.40 per journey per person. There are a few supermarket options nearby, the best is probably Mercadona which is a 12 min walk. There is a fabulous ice cream parlour/bar nearby, it’s called El Indio. All tapas bars and restaurants nearby serve food from 9pm. Also, a deli called Familia Gonzalez offers excellent food at very cheap prices to take away; the potato and garlic tortilla was amazing! When you turn left out of the hotel you find a large warehouse shop, just before the roundabout that is well worth popping into if you have half an hour to kill. They sell everything you could ever dream of from clothes to cookware. The staff in the hotel are lovely and are always there and willing to help you.
I would 100% recommend.
By Francesca, age 10.

We chose this hotel for a midweek break in Seville and what a good choice we made.
Room was immaculate and laundered daily, hotel receptionist Pablo , couldn’t be more helpful from tips of where to go to sorting taxis and recommending places to eat.
The outside pool area was perfect, exceptionally clean, the pool was lovely and competitively priced drinks available . The restaurant was clean and food good ( we only ate once as we were out in the city for mornings and late afternoons)
It’s situated 5 mins from a bus stop with buses into the city every 15 mins ( taxi was 9euro to Cathedral) and a 25 min journey to old town.
The hotel is in a quiet area and all the locals were extremely friendly. Seville and this hotel especially is a friendly welcoming place. Great people great hotel and a great city

On August 10 of this year, I started the Andalusia and Morocco circuit with Madrid with Europamundo. Upon Reservation of the trip, I expressly requested a room with two beds, which was supported in the Summary of Services contracted.

However, on August 20th the Hilton Garden Inn Seville Hotel had only 1 bed. When reporting this to the Hotel, the receptionist who said her name was Maria replied in a very bad way that there were no more rooms available, that the Hotel was not responsible and that they had no way to know that the Reservation was with two beds, since they obey what the agency requests, in this case Europamundo.

In the Hotel was a Guide from another group of the agency, who was kind enough to guide us and find some solution, without having a positive response from both Europamundo and the Hotel. The only solution of the Hotel is for me to sleep with my nephew, who is 5'5", weighs 110 kilos and with whom in his 25 years of life, I have never slept.

An additional bed was requested from the Hotel and they said they did not have, an additional mattress was requested and they replied that they did not have, finally and already past the night and in need of rest after a long day of travel and not wanting my nephew to sleep in the Hall of the Hotel, we had to accept the room that was not the one that he had reserved and without any support or help from the receptionist Maria, who after her lousy treatment played the offended. My nephew made the arrangements with a boy named Francisco and asked for something to be put on the floor so that he could sleep, who only delivered a cover and a sheet. We asked for another cover so it would be softer, they said they were going to find another one and let the room know, which was never fulfilled.

Finally and through Instagram message, I made the arrangements with the Hotel, who informs that the fault is Europamundo because they made the wrong Reservation and that the next day the problem will be solved. At 07:30 in the morning of August 21, the receptionist of the Hotel informs me that at 12:00 hours we will have available the room for which I paid.

My nephew slept on the floor that night, having paid no less value for a room that I didn’t pay for, something quite unworthy when you believe in the seriousness of a Trips Agency and the prestige of a Hotel chain like Hilton. Besides mentioning the irresponsibility of the Hotel, the poor treatment throughout the solution to the problem and blaming each other: Europaworld blamed the Hotel and the Hotel on Europaworld, without granting a solution.

A trip that could have been a good experience and was a university graduation gift for my nephew, was undoubtedly muddied by the malt awarded by the Hotel staff and the mismanagement of Europamundo agency.

Further on we had dinner included, the one that was horrendous.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly and helpful front desk staff. I appreciate the small but very useful conveniences they offer that I haven't found in too many places I've stayed (purified water dispenser etc.).

For some reason the bathroom hot water temperature fluctuated quite a lot during my stay. It wasn't enough for me to ask to change rooms but it didn't get better over my 4 day stay. I'm not sure if it's a mandated safety measure, but when I raised the water temperature it would get hotter after a few minutes, and then go back to a slightly warmer than lukewarm temperature after less than 5 minutes.

Sound insulation for the most part was decent, I was able to hear the family upstairs and their child crying every so often but fortunately it was infrequent and acceptable. Never heard noise from any adjacent units or the hallway.

Proximity to airport was about 30 minutes drive which was nice, and getting into town about 45 minutes depending on how close to the center you wanted to go. Since transit was so affordable, this wasn't an issue for me. It's certainly on the outskirts of the city, but I enjoyed that it was so quiet and more residential. Food around the area was a bit more affordable and less crowded than in the center so on evenings I just wanted to relax, this was great.

There happened to be city marching band practicing for an upcoming holiday parade practicing right outside of the hotel. Fortunately I was on a higher floor so while I could hear it, it didn't prevent me from sleeping.

All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Three night stay and to be honest, something of a non-event, compared to other Hiltons. Room was comfortable and clean but found staff, with exception of housekeeping, a bit cold. Breakfast was disapointing in terms of quality and choice. Staff also slow to replenish, with empty platters, whilst they chatted. Whilst located away from city centre, there is a good bus service from just around the corner (bus 3), €1.40 per person compared to c€11 for an Uber.
