As soon as we walked into the hotel we were immediately impressed with how it looked and how clean it was. It looked fantastic, the front desk staff were very helpful and though we arrived earlier, we were checked in straightaway. The bar was opened and had a great variety of breakfast and deserts, enough to leave you mouthwatering. We...

We stayed 3 nights in this spacious and well staffed hotel. Our room had a gorgeous view of Seville! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I also appreciated the gym and spa to keep up with my exercise routine from home. Location is 15-20mins from the cathedral aka where the action is, but despite this it was such a comfortable stay....

I don't understand how people can categorize this hotel as 'far' from the centre. Is 15-20 minutes walk far from centre? Maybe some people are accustomed to get out of the hotel and step in the centre of the centre. Anyway. The location is very handy, close to Jardines de Buhaira which is a nice small park to visit even...

The negative here is the location which for most tourists won't be absolutely ideal - it's near Nervion which is the business district of Seville. However it's a 20 minute walk to the main centre of town which I've never found too bad, or you can take a 5-10 minute taxi. However, in return you get a much more substantial...

The hotel is quite comfortable, with good rooms and a decent breakfast. It's a 20-min walk from many of the sights, though, and the area around it is modern and not all that pleasant. There's slightly annoying music (apparently) always playing in the hall, although you can't hear it with all doors closed. The windows are also not that good...

We had an upgrade room very spacious, however, the heating was not working, we asked the staff who said they will have mechanical to come, but no one ever came. So it was a bit chilly while sleeping. The cleaning staff did great job cleaning the room but forgot to provide replacement of shampoo and conditioner. We did our washing...
