Hotel Sevilla Center boasts a reputation for cleanliness, with guests consistently applauding the spotless rooms and public spaces, though some minor issues have been flagged. The property exudes an elegant air, captured in its grand communal areas, yet some guests suggest the rooms could benefit from a fresher, more inviting update. While the hotel is commended for its value, offering competitive rates and commendable services, there are occasional remarks about inconsistent pricing for specific amenities. The rooms are generally spacious and deemed comfortable, but a few visitors have pointed out that they could be revitalized with more modern decor and improved lighting.
Service at the hotel is often lauded, with staff members recognized for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Its location garners appreciation for being close to attractions, though not everyone finds it ideally situated for exploring the most vibrant spots. The amenities, including a variety of breakfast choices and a cozy pool area, receive positive reviews, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Just back from 3 night stay in this hotel with my wife, really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The reception staff are so helpful and painless check in /check out. Our room was on the 6th floor overlooking the pool area which looked very inviting but the weather would need to warm up a bit first, beds were large and so comfortable and overall the bedroom was quite spacious, with a fine size en-suite bathroom. Breakfast on the first floor is buffet style with a varied choice of cerals, fruit, various meats, bread etc , something for every taste. One obvious finding about the breakfast room was how quite and peaceful it was not the normal din of dishes banging and people running left right and center trying to get their breakfast. Location is about a 15/20 min walk from the main tourist areas but this walk can be avoided if you take the tram from the local Tram station which is a five minute walk, this general area is also where the airport bus arrives and departs from so all in all a pretty central location. My only word of caution is not to eat dinner in the snack bar just off reception , my wife had salmon and I had chicken on our last day to save us eating at the airport, bad choice, food was very bland and grossly overpriced for what we got in comparison to the rest of the city.

Lovely hotel very convenient for most attractions in central Seville. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived on motorbikes and as soon as we started to unload the bikes the porter was there with a trolley to carry our bags to our room. Good was first class and varied which suited us. Only small gripe was that we wanted some milk in our room to make tea, initially housekeeping only provided 2 small cartons for 3 of us and when we requested more we were told no. Ended up buying some from the supermarket opposite. We were also disappointed to find unwashed cups left in the bathroom sink.
Overall would we return, yes we would

Everything perfect, welcome, quality ', services, advice..... special thanks to Mr. Antonio who has shown great willingness' to accommodate our requests even speaking the Italian language. Full breakfast and with great products. The rooms are decidedly large, well-made sheets such as bathrobes that are supplied with slippers if you use the SPA included. In 10/15 minutes you reach the center.

The rooms are of a good standard but strangely tea/coffee consists of two tea bags a day one of which is camomile, no coffee and no milk. The complimentary shampoo is difficult to produce a lather and bath gel is provided instead of shower gel so would suggest take your own. Where this hotel failed badly is to recognise where it had made a mistake and apologise and consider customers before profit. Poor arrangements via the restaurant manager upset both my party and others with last minute arrangements meaning moving tables 'mid dining' to a cold and windswept part of the roof top terrace. What then followed was simply insulting and penny pinching negotiation as a result of the location change on the roof terrace. The manager 'David' offered no apology and was entirely unsympathetic to an issue of his own creation i.e. no prior notice that part of the terrace was to be used for a private reception. I lodged a complaint immediately at reception and was informed that management would make contact the next day, they didn't. It basically spoilt the day and left a bad taste about the hotel. The advice, pick a hotel closer to the centre of the office the old town. To the hotel, should it read this review, please don't leave the stock answer that we take on your feedback and will improve things for the future as you quite simply failed to do anything at a time when it really mattered.

Response from HOTELES CENTER, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Sevilla Center
Responded 20 May 2024
Dear Mr. Maxwell, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent stay at our hotel. We sincerely apologize for the multiple inconveniences you experienced, and we deeply regret that your stay did not meet your expectations. Firstly, we apologize for the issues with the tea and coffee provisions in your room. Our standard is to provide a variety of options, including coffee, and we will address this shortcoming immediately with our housekeeping team. Additionally, we will review the quality of our complimentary toiletries to ensure they meet the high standards we aim to provide. Regarding your dining experience, we are truly sorry for the discomfort and disruption caused by the unexpected table relocation. This was not handled appropriately, and we deeply regret the lack of communication and the manner in which the situation was managed. We have discussed your feedback with our restaurant manager, David, and the entire team to ensure such incidents do not recur. It is particularly concerning that your complaint was not followed up as promised. This failure in communication is unacceptable, and we are taking steps to improve our response procedures to ensure all guest concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify areas where we need to improve. We are committed to making the necessary changes to enhance our service and prevent such experiences in the future. We understand that an apology at this stage may not rectify your disappointment, but we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the quality stay you deserve. Thank you once again for bringing these issues to our attention. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Best Regards Jose Manuel Alvarez General Manager

This is a legitimate 4 star hotel with gleaming tiles and a full service offering - unless you want an umbrella ;-) You will be pleased to see your 17 euro breakfast charge keeps the staff in smart uniforms. As this hotel is popular with tour buses the lineup for the coffee machine can run 5 deep, though the hard working staff keep the food replenished.
The location is mixed reviews. Very close to the tram that takes you to Plaza Nuevo and Place de España ( buy your pre loaded card at a tobacco shop). If you checked the pulse of the surrounding neighborhood for good dining you would declare it dead. The hotel is best for a short stay, otherwise be prepared to tram it to Plaza Nuevo for dinner and anything approaching a night time vibe.

Stay was very pleasant. Large, well equiped room. A coffeemachine would be appreciatied. Many toiletries provided. Good housekeeping. Large variety of breakfast dishes. Intake at the reception desk took quite some time. Hotel is situated at a location where you can walk within 15 minutes to the centre of the city.

Hotel looked lovely with its Christmas decorations and all the staff were very friendly and professional. The room (311) was ok - a bit tired looking and dated and the bathroom was badly in need of a revamp with some mouldy tile grouting. But the beds and pillows were super comfy and the shower water was hot and powerful. Breakfast buffet was pretty average. Good selection and kept well stocked but nothing much changed over 3 days. But the hot food was very poor - the temperature was close to cold and the bacon was like eating plastic. The location is about a 20/25 minute walk from the tourist areas and we regretted not chosing a hotel nearer to the old town but that wouldn't be a problem for some.

The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. We were right in the heart of the action, with countless attractions, shops and restaurants just steps away. It was very convenient to explore the city on foot. Our room was a real gem. The decor was elegant and welcoming, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail: even the smallest amenities were top notch.
The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and always strived to make sure we had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like valued guests. Even small gestures, such as opening doors or giving us useful suggestions, left a great Impression. We are looking forward to returning and experiencing the hotel's exceptional hospitality again.

We were here at end of August for 4nights & had a most pleasant stay. Check in was quick & the reception staff are friendly & informative, we got pool towels at the same time (€10 deposit per towel). On the 3rd floor there is a bar which did food as well & a terrace with a small pool along with sunloungers which is great after a day's sightseeing in the heat to cool off in & then relax with a drink, which we found very reasonable for a hotel. The room was a fair size & the bed was comfy, there was a fridge with drinks etc in which you could pay for but we just used it for our water. We did B&B during our stay & the breakfast was good with plenty of choice to get you ready for a day of sightseeing. Location wise it was a 20min walk to the centre of Seville once we had done it once with the help of Google maps we found it not too bad, finding shortcuts after the first day. The hotel was in a nice area with a park right next door, supermarket across the road. All in all we would stay here again & recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful City of Seville.

The comfort of the facility room made me feel comfortable staying in a 5-star hotel for 4 nights. The breakfast was also very good, so the egg scrumball, bacon, beverage and other drinks were very good for a British meal. We did not use it, but the swimming pool is windy and there is a sauna and it is only 5 stars, so if you want a modern design, you may be a bit disappointed in the comfort and coziness of a 5-star hotel in the middle of Irujin. It is not very large, but a reasonable size of ordinary room. The location is quite walkable to the Spanish square Alcatraz Cathedral, and we walked, but when you go to walk, and when you come to come to the bus or tram. The neighborhood is walking, and the cafes are very fresh atmosphere, there is a large park, and there is a nice and not small MAS mat right in front, so I think it is the best price.
