Loved this place and thought it excellent value. Our friend was staying in the Alcazar which was much more expensive and though looked more swish, breakfast was not as good as ours. Staff at the Alcantara were friendly and helpful. Because we had only booked the day before they dd not have one room available for the whole of our...

The hotel is in the midst of the old quarter, where you can enjoy tapas and drinks, and maybe stumble upon some impromptu flamenco in a bar like we did. The hotel is fresh and the room is spacious. Great value.

Hotel Alcantara was a good stay in Seville. I'd recommend printing off a google map to find it, though. The map they provide is rotated so that North is off to a weird angle. The parking works well. It's just off of the main road, but it is underground, so we drove by it the first time. After that, the...

Used tripadvisor to discover this wonderful hotel. Could not have asked for a better location. Quaint cobblestone streets, winding alley, 2 blocks from the Spanish Cathedral. No cars allowed on the streets around it but a great parking lot was a 3 minute block away for $20/day. The staff was incredibly helpful at all hours of the night. The room...

Located in a quiet street, yet close to a car-accessible road, so you wont have to log your suitcases for long. Clean rooms, very courteous staff, good location - a short walk away from all the attractions, and also adjacent to Casa de la Memoria, a Flamenco show venue.

Just stayed in Alcantara for 2 nights - they are on an excellent location in the heart of the barrio Santa Cruz. We had a triple room (my 7 year old daughter was with us). The rooms were pretty basic, but clean. Bathrooms were kinda small but very clean. The hotel catered to most american tourists, we felt because of...

I booked this hotel based on trip advisor reviews. I have to say they are pretty dead on accurate. I stayed in a single room which was quite spacious by European standards. The bathroom was big and I had plenty of room for spread out my things. The location is fantastic. It's in the middle of the Santa Cruz area...

We booked with this nice little hotel directly after reading reviews on tripadvisor. We were very happy with our choice. It served as the perfect base for us during our wonderful stay in Seville. The rooms were basic but very clean and everything in good working order. The location in the historic Santa Cruz is fantastic. The hotel booked tickets...

Stayed in October with a friend. All I can say is stay here. The hotel was lovely. The rooms were decent sized and overlooked the internal courtyard. We had a twin room and had plenty of room to move around and spread our stuff out. Staff were friendly and pleasant. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street so nice...

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and although it's official rating is only 2 star it definitely should be more. The rooms are furnished quite basic but the bed is a good kingsize, very comfortable (we had a double room) and as previous posts state, there are blackout blinds and the windows soundproofed. We also overlooked the little courtyard...
