This was a lovely hotel, we got a great deal, so excellent value for money, we paid 130 euros for a twin room for 3 nights, without breakfast. We were very, very, satisfied. The room was big, plenty of room, cupboard space, etc, and a...More
Decent good value hotel within walking distance of most places.
On our first night we were in the room just opposite the reception desk. It was very noisy into the early hours - we didn't get a good night's sleep. We asked for a new...More
The hotel is in an ally and I am very directionally challenged... so if I had been alone I would've never found this hotel after I left it. The cab driver could barely find it! But it was clean and comfortable and the staff was...More
I read most of the reviews for this hotel, which they call a B&B, and it is very quaint. Small, but the rooms were a good size. We had three people in the room and it was not crowded. Very clean, comfortable mattress and good...More

The rooms we occupied (a single and a double) were on the first floor, ranged around a central lobby and looking down to an internal courtyard at ground floor level. Neither room had a patio or balcony fronting onto the outside street. As mentioned in my post, we considered this a huge advantage!
I've just checked the hotel website for you and I notice that the virtual tour shows a family room with a balcony, though it's not clear if this is external or overlooks the courtyard. If this is really important to you, it might be best to contact the hotel to clarify the situation. The Abril is a small hotel (20 rooms, I think) and is booked up very quickly, so the earlier you can secure the room you want, the better.
Sorry I can't be of more help to you. I hope that you will have a wonderful trip to Seville.
