The best price in the historical and monumental center of Seville, with FREE Coffee Shop and FREE WI-FI. Typical Sevillian house situated 50 meters from the Metropol Parasol, near the Plaza de la Alameda (a must for nightlife). A few minutes from the hotel are the main Shopping Streets like Sierpes and Tetuán and it is surrounded by some of the most important monuments as the Cathedral, Giralda and Santa Cruz Quarter.

Well located, although more "edge of centre" than centre, but not far from the Cathedral and Alcazar - 15/20 minute walk. This is a budget hotel, so facilities are fairly modest, which is reflected in the price. It is comfortable and clean and quiet. As others...More

The rooms we occupied (a single and a double) were on the first floor, ranged around a central lobby and looking down to an internal courtyard at ground floor level. Neither room had a patio or balcony fronting onto the outside street. As mentioned in my post, we considered this a huge advantage!
I've just checked the hotel website for you and I notice that the virtual tour shows a family room with a balcony, though it's not clear if this is external or overlooks the courtyard. If this is really important to you, it might be best to contact the hotel to clarify the situation. The Abril is a small hotel (20 rooms, I think) and is booked up very quickly, so the earlier you can secure the room you want, the better.
Sorry I can't be of more help to you. I hope that you will have a wonderful trip to Seville.
