Elegant hotel in an old house, with a few lovely patios and a gorgeous lounge. The lounge was perfect for me in the rainy weather when I wasn't exploring the city, with several differently decorated rooms of old and comfy leather sofas, soft lighting, and music. Room was average. The biggest problem with this hotel is noise - rooms are... More

Stayed at the Hospes Las Casas del Rey de Baeza in Seville in November 2016 for three nights. When my friend and I arrived we were greeted by friendly and very considerable staff. Our bags were taken to our room whilst we were offered a welcome drink in the courtyard. The entire hotel was very tasteful an authentic with an... More

Arrived in the dark and you go down really narrow streets then you are greeted with a lovely old yellow and white hotel in a lovely small courtyard. Few small Tapas bars within 5 mins walk but have to walk 10-15 for better restaurants Only 15 - 20 mins to the cathedral, palace and the river All the staff are... More

The neighborhood around the Plaza Ponce Leon is interesting with lots of tapas bars and other restaurants of various ranges; it is a good 15 or 20 minute walk through Seville's winding streets to the Cathedral district and El Alcazar. The hotel is nice but not really a 4 star experience; rooms are small and bathrooms tiny (two people cannot... More

Feelings are a bit mixed. It is a fine old Spanish building with rooms built in a square around open courtyards. We were in a premium double room that was quite small with no outward looking window and it was a bit dark. The bed was comfortable but the bath and its shower were small and a bit pokey. It... Stayed here for several days earlier this month and had a beautiful room overlooking the square (bizarrely the same room I had ten years ago). Beautiful hotel with really helpful staff/service. It is a little way out of the main drag but the exercise is good for you! The rooms are beautiful stylish and modern but not stark likewise the... More

The welcome was pleasant and the service throughout stay was good. Handy location for walking around the old city. Room was tiny with only one chair between the two of us. 'Double bed' was also small and with old fashioned springing - not good for sleep. I believe the twin bedded rooms are larger Bathroom had nice shower and a... More

We were very happy with our stay here, and pleased that the hotel had relatively recently joined SPG and we were able to book using points - a good value. Loved everything about the property itself - traditional Spanish style, quaint courtyard, rooftop pool area, pleasant staff, etc. Large corner room, which avoided the noise of the courtyard, but came... Very authentic and nice hotel, location was good, friendly staff, nice rooms and clean but to my opinion way to expensive compared to some other hotels we have visited during our trip in Spain,I am sure that there are identical hotels for half the pricer we've paid

Great hotel to relax in the city, the roof top pool is a must after a day sightseeing. Plan for a 20 minute walk into the centre. There is a small church attached to a convent on th way, a great find with nuns praying behind the rails. The Real Alcazar is spectacular but book on line to avoid the... More
