Apartment is in a fabulous location and although it is in the heart of a bustling area it is quite quiet during the night. Communication with Daniel was very easy and his replies very prompt, he also helped us out with a issue we had with transport to the airport. The apartment does not receive a lot of natural light...

We spent 4 nights in a one bedroom apartment last week. We found the location really convenient once you get your bearings, and there are some great cheap eats down the little laneways. The staff greeting us and also answering email queries were very professional and helpful. We did have an issue with the washing machine but Daniel responded quickly...

Charming apartment, ideally located, very reasonably priced, quiet, and beautifully appointed. We had a wonderful time walking the neighborhood with tons of great shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and were thrilled to be so close to the Alcazar, Cathedral, Plaza de Espana, and more.

As others have reported a very well located apartment, and great base for exploring the city. Just let down somewhat by one or two issues. Limited wardrobe space, a double bed mattress which left both occupants in middle of the bed, and a charge for room cleaning and towel changes for stays of less than 7 days.

Greeted by a delightful and informative hostess. Very comfortable bed. Complimentary bottle of wine. The apartment was perfectly located and clean. Literally 5 minutes from everything. Quiet with the perfect black out system. Wifi is a bit on the weak side but adequate.

Stayed for 2 nights and can recommend the apartments both for their facilities and location. Right in the thick of the old town with easy access to the main attractions, well appointed apartments and very diligent and helpful introduction to Seville from the agents when we arrived. Not to mention the very thoughtful bottle of wine as a welcoming gift.

Well appointed apartment in a block of 6 on 3 floors. On the edge of the old city, great to walk everywhere, close to the bus if you need it. Made very welcome by Daniel (remember it is not a "maned" place) best to give him a ring an hour or so before you arrive so he can meet you...

I fully concur with John C's review of 25 July 2014 (see below) of the ground floor flat. There is a slight lack of natural light and a balcony but I doubt many people want to come to this amazing city and spend all day in their apartment. We liked the flat and the straight forward dealings with the owners.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
These six renovated apartments are part of a typical Andalusian house built in 1.890. They are all arranged around a central Patio -courtyard-. Located right in the heart of the " Barrio de Santa Cruz" neighborhood -the old Jewish district -, these apartments make a great base for your stay in Seville. Located in a narrow pedestrian street, next to the "Jardines de Murillo" -Murillo gardens-, "Reales Alcazares" and a five minutes walk to "La Giralda" -the Cathedral-. Santa Cruz is the most representative neighborhood in Seville, with narrow alleys, winding streets, little "Plazas" -squares- and orange trees. ... more   less
