It's a really nice place with friendly people. The rooms are big enough and have sufficient luxury. Breakfast is also satisfying. But I do not recommend to dine here in the restaurant. That part is really dissapointing. Overall it's still a great stay. They also have a swimmingpool. Oh, their wifi could be better, but it just could be I... More

A welcome drink. They park your car for you. The first room was a little noisy because of the swimming pool motor so i have ask to change. No problem. They gave me a nice room in a more modern part of the hotel that is calmer. You can easily reach by foot the historic city center. A large choice... More

Hotel San Gil is excellent - large rooms (we even had a sitting room) clean and courteous staff. We really enjoyed the free Flamenco show one night. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a decent walk from most of the main sites ie 1 to 1.5k, so bring your walking shoes. It was very convenient if... More

Bedroom was a large double in the modern end of the hotel with air conditioning and had plenty storage facilities for clothes. The bathroom had a bath with overhead shower (pressure sufficient) bidet and toilet with the usual hairdryer and mirror. There was a fridge and safe available but no tea/coffee making facilities. The room was light, airy and clean... More

Our experience was affected by the fact that my partner used the roof top pool on the second day and slipped and fell when walking back to the sunbed. Part of this area has green non slip matting but the area near the lift and outside room 402 has marble tiles that are sloped presumably to allow for drainage. There... More

A great location in beautiful Seville. Rooms very clean and spacious (be very careful though, there are rooms in the new building that have very little natural light and overlook an internal stairwell!!!). Some of the reception staff could certainly benefit from further customer service training!! Great to have a pool but the sun beds must be the most uncomfortable... More

Lacked atmosphere. Staff on reception need to undergo training in customer care. THe odd smile and a good morning would not go a miss. NO tea and coffee making facilities in the room ( 4 stars) We had arrived from a guest house in Malaga old town where we paid 50 euros a night and had as many free beverages... More

We stayed for two nights and had a great stay. The staff were lovely and the hotel clean and great location. We loved all the different parts to Seville and this hotel was perfectly located to provide us access to everything. We used the pool and nice to be able to relax after a day of exploring.

We had two rooms in the hotel for ourselves and our nieces. We cannot fault the service we received while staying. After being in the heat all day it was like an oasis to come back to. The pool is sparkling clear and the temperature just right. Luckily we are here for a Saturday night and will treated to a... More

we stayed 2 nights in August. It was ok. The room did not have any windows and it was below the pool which meant we had A LOT of noise very early, every day. The wifi was average. the phone in the room did not work. The positive was the receptionist. she tried to speak portuguese, was very nice and... More
