Big and pretentious, if you find it convenient for its location, which by the way is not that good!!!, do not accept a room on the 5th floor at this hotel. All rooms here are very hot and the air conditioning doesn't work. We complained and were given a better room on the 2nd floor, but the wifi is too...

Very old, last renovated probably 20 years ago!!!! For example: Door cards are not electronic yet. Tv was probably picked from the garbage - they do not make "tubes" for at least 10 years. Safe is not electronic, but keys are not provided. Furniture is overused. Etc etc etc Not to mantion that you will hear your neighbours snoring!!!!

It is Always important to remember that you get what you pay for. In a big city as Seville this was a perfect choice for us, couldnt be more central. Great value for the money. We were a family of 5 and the hotel made sure that we got rooms next to each other. The rooms were sufficiant, not at...

We spent most of our travel around southern Spain staying in Airbnbs but decided to stay our last night at the Gran Lar in Seville. Just 45 Euros for the night in a very spacious, comfortable bedroom with lovely huge bathroom close to the city centre but also close to the motorway to the airport. The building has shades of...

Nicely appointed and spacious room. Air conditioning would not cool room enough, so had to open window. Reception staff were OK but not over-friendly. Excellent breakfast. Inconsistent Wi-Fi. Located in more of a residential area. About 15 minutes walk from railway, and 15 minutes in opposite direction to alcazar/cathedral/city area. Was not attracted to nearby eating options, but plenty of...

Seville was great and have plans to go back but not in this hotel. Our room was hot and we have to ask them to turn on the aircon but they refused because the manager said its cool enough. I have never experience a hotel with such arrogance with no regard for guest comfort. They dont even know the time...

On arrival the hotel lobby looks grand......that's as far as it goes the rooms are dated and very very hot indeed. I stayed October 10th for 2 nights I enjoyed the location and proximity of the hotel to all the sights and centre but that's as far as it goes.

I came today to check in to the hotel. When i got to my room with 27°C outside (81°F), the first thing i wanted to do, was to turn on the air conditioner. I called the front desk beccause I thought I was not doing it right. The front desk person told me that at this temperatures, they don't turn...

We had a reservation for 4 nights that was made via a travel agent in Madrid. Upon arrival we were appalled. The hotel is straight out of the 50's and 60's. it is worn and bedraggled. It was too depressing to stay; we immediately found another hotel and checked out. The location was not very convenient either. It was worth...

It is a fairly basic hotel. It isn't in the centre and the area has seen better days but the rooms are adequate. As commented by another reviewer the rooms are of a decent size and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. For our needs (we had an appointment nearby) it suited us down to the ground. We didn't eat...
