This hotel has to be amongst the worst hotels we have stayed in, ever. Period. As we entered we were barely noticed by the front staff. When we a family of 4 (with my parents) checked in they handed us the worst rooms And my surmise is because of potentially our skin color. We had booked for a double bed...

20-25 minutes walking distance from the tourist attractions (Cathedral, Alcazar, etc), it gives you the Spanish Seville feel rather than in an international tourist zone. Bus stop is close by and since the hotel is next to Macarena Basilica, it is very easy to find your way back to the hotel. There are a variety of nearby restaurants and bars and...

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, and it was a real shame as our trip in Seville was lovely - and Spanish people are usually very welcoming. We were there in February 2017 this year. The personnel working at the reception were rude, unprofessional, unhelpful. Our room was not ready, and when it finally was,...

The room smelled of cigar smoke, tiles were lifting in the bathroom in places but was other wise tidy and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed on a B&B basis so can't comment on dinner, the breakfast was nice with a good selection of continental breakfast items their was also scrambled eggs and bacon as well. The swimming pool...

Good position. We were on the 4th floor overlooking the ancient Macarena wall. Bed was really comfortable and the amenities were good enough for the duration of the stay. The lack of tea/coffee facilities was a frustration to my husband who drinks tea endlessly but there were handy cafes just a minute away. Staff were friendly and a nice bar...

Right in the heart of the action with the open top bus right on your doorstep. Fantastic view of the city wall and ample variety of nearby restaurants and bars. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice to have Juliette balconies to soak up the atmosphere too.

As part of our Tour, we stayed one night at this hotel. The hotel was quite near the old section of this lovely city, at the intersection of two major streets. Our room was on the second floor (first floor in European hotel speak), and extraneous noise from the street was fairly significant. The room was well appointed and spacious....

This was out third visit to this hotel, which remains our first choice when visiting Seville. It is situated on the edge of the Macarena district, allowing a glimpse into real daily life in historic Seville. Twenty minutes walk from the centre with all the tourist attractions (Cathedral, Torre de Oro, Alcazar, etc) it is sufficiently distanced for visitors to...

This is our first ever stay in this hotel. Was a bit hesitated due to location, 1.5 miles away from city centre. But the bus stop to city is only 50 yards away so very convenient. Hotel is next to Macarena wall and the Macarena Basilica. There are a lot to see already inside the wall. Reception desk mends by...

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of February. The hotel is about 20-30 mins walk to the centre of Seville. There is a bus stop and a taxi rank outside the hotel. The rooms were fine, the difference between a superior room and standard appears to be tea/coffee making facilities, iron and additional mirror in bathroom. The beds...
