The rooms are very clean and comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast is huge and delicious! After a busy day in Seville the hotel as a great bar with very good options of snacks and dishes! We are currently staying at Silken Al-Andaluz for the 7th time in 5 years. I have given my comments to the reception yesterday but nothing really has changed. I am very positive about José Manuel, Antonio, Manuel y Emilio. We feel very welcome by them. But as I told to the reception, we don't feel safe this year. Lots of guests don't wear their mouth masks and the staff usually doesn't say anything. Last year in August we felt much more safe than now, although the virus is still very present in Spain! We appreciate the larger offer of meals, the hospitality and the delicious cocktails, but the hotel's kind of public is evolving in a negative way and we would like to keep coming here. Naturally, this is only possible if we feel fully appreciated and safe. I could modify my review if things change, but I will have to experience that first. I love Sevilla, the hotel and lots of the staff members, but that is not enough for me, nor for the Spanish tourism business to vanquish this epidemic... Belgian greetings from 1205.

In a quiet and beautiful residential area, with views to one of the greatest temples in town (Betis stadium). Friendly staff, good wifi connection and pleasant garden and lobby. Rooms were clean not well equipped though to avoid the noise from neighbors, The gym was not open, but one understands the many challenges for hotels in the COVID-19 era. Hotels should jus be praised for keep on running these days. Good price, especially for long-term stays.

Average hotel, could do with an upgrade. Location is not good at all. There’s isn’t a single shop or restaurant nearby. We booked 2 rooms. We did request them to be near each other, but they gave them on different floors even though the hotel was extremely quiet. The layout of the hotel is really weird and hard to find your own room even. The staff at reception are not very friendly at all. The guy at the pool was nice and friendly though. No kettle in the room either. Glad we were only here for 1 night. The bedding and towels were really clean though.

Dear guest, thanks for the review of your stay at the hotel. It,s a pity that you didn,t visit Finlandia Avenue, one of the main gastronomic streets of Seville, which is only 15 minutes walking. Likewise "Lagoh Mall", one of the biggest shopping centers in Spain, 20 minutes walk far form the hotel. I,m sorry we were not able to satisfy your needs. That,s our aim and we,ll do our best to have the chance of welcome you again in Seville. Take care. Best regards. Alberto Blanca. General manager.
