The beautiful contemporary decor, lighting, art, shapes and textures throughout this spotlessly clean hotel create a stylish, relaxed ambience which is just perfect for a city break. All members of staff without exception were helpful, friendly and highly professional. We were warmly welcomed by Cristina who was able to facilitate a much appreciated early check-in. We slept peacefully in our well-appointed deluxe room. The aircon was almost silent, the bed very comfortable, and perfect pillows ordered from the pillow menu arrived within a few minutes. Complimentary Nespresso capsules are provided, (including decaf) for the coffee machine and two bottles of water are left in the room each day.
There’s excellent water pressure for the rainfall shower with a detachable handheld spray option too. The bathroom has luxury white fluffy towels, robes, superb Codage toiletries, and hair straighteners as well as a dryer. Housekeeping was exceptional - Suray kept our room absolutely immaculate. The cava and handmade chocolate bars left in our room on the first evening were such a thoughtful touch.
Breakfast is a real highlight- there’s a vast choice of excellent quality food at the buffet, plus the opportunity to order from the menu (via the QR code on the little alarm clock on each table). The magic really does happen at the coffee station where staff take pride in their art and cater to individual requirements. We ate twice in Trotamundos (very reasonably priced) during the evenings and had absolutely delicious meals with great service. Don’t miss out on The Breakery either! The cakes and pastries are a real treat.
We didn’t use the small, heated, outdoor pool but it’s a great facility to have in a city hotel. The pretty floristry in the lobby adds to the hotel’s aesthetics. This hotel pays attention to detail in every corner.
Getting to and from the airport couldn’t be easier as the bus stops outside the hotel and takes around ten minutes (flat cost of €6 per person). The train station is conveniently situated across the road for day trips further afield. It took us about 25 minutes to walk into the wonderful historic centre but there are also plenty of buses. There’s a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding area.
We had a fantastic, relaxing, memorable five-night stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and we would return in a heartbeat.

It’s situated near Santa Justa train station makes it very accessible with the AVE , for the main sites you can take buses or walk 20 min to the old city . We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, premium double room, room 319. It was all very positive so I start by writing the only negative note: the bathroom blind and without bidet. Otherwise nothing to say, excellent. The structure is modern, youthful and dynamic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Lovely hotel, and we took up an offer of a reduced rate upgrade to a Junior Suite on arrival which was well worth it. Small sitting room, massive bed, shower and bath. Very comfortable, two smart TVs with U.K. channels BBC News and SKY News. Air conditioning that worked and you could control. The most amazing breakfast!!!!!! We were there three days and never manage to taste all that we wanted as the choice was so extensive. Don’t miss it. Although on the edge of the centre of Seville it was not too far to walk into the main tourist areas plus there’s a taxi rank and buses outside should you prefer. We chose this hotel because we were catching the high speed train to Madrid from the station immediately across the road but would choose again. Restaurant was good and if you join, for free, their membership scheme, you get 10% of all meals and bar bills plus we were given a free €10 for joining and a preferable rate for an upgrade, it just means you get their emails every now and again! Would definitely recommend.

Clean, modern hotel conveniently located across the street from the train station and within easy walking distance of all of the city’s major attractions. We had a few glitches that prevented my giving 5 stars. One was that our first room had a water leak that made the bathroom floor wet so we had to change rooms and that was a hassle.
Another is the breakfast which is nice but not well managed. There is a coffee station and omelette station but nobody ever at them. And on the last day we discovered a menu only available from a QR code that had a lot of food choices but nobody ever offered to take an order from it so we had no way of knowing about it. Everything else offered was at room temperature (bacon, sausage, pancakes). Only scrambled eggs were “warm” and barely warm. We got breakfast included in a good price or else would have been disappointed to pay 50 euros for it because of the lack of service. I suggest that the staff be better trained to explain the breakfast options and take coffee and hot food orders from the table rather than having the guests try and find someone to take the order. We basically had nespresso and cold food choices, although the choices were pleasant and a good variety.

Went as a couple for two nights in March. Hotel was modern and extremely clean. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. We used the hotel bar a couple of times and the service was always good.
I made a couple of small requests for example like an ironing board and they were delivered really quickly.
Location is good, there's a bike rack across the road or a short 15/20 minutes into the main areas and is conveniently situated 5 minutes from the main train station.
The hotel definitely gives a luxury feel without the high prices to go with it, if I was ever back in the area id definitely look to stay at this same hotel.
