Overall this was a nice 3 star, not the 4 star advertised, hotel in which to stay but the were some problems. 1) the safe did not work, 2) the air conditioner blew only warm air and would not cool off the room, 3) the window shade would not come down to block the morning sunlight, 4) the holder for...

The hotel is impressive, looked from outside or inside the lobby (photo atrached). But the services are not even close to 4 stars. An incredibly disapointing shower, and a 2 star breakfast, one of the most expensive and disapointing on my trip to Spain. Still on the disappointing services, I forgot a very expensive set of noise cancelling headphones on...

We only stayed one night enroute to another city as part of a tour group. One of the lifts to our room at our end weren't working most of the time on that particular day. We then checked into our triple room that was reserved earlier and was amazed to find the additional bed curved inwards at the centre. The...

Stayed here for one night as part of Spain tour. The hotel is located out of city centre and next to a busy motorway. The room is spacious. The air conditioning system is terrible. They were in "winter mode" when we were there which means they only have heating system. The room was so hot and stuffy when we entered and...

Stayed here for a night as part of a Spain tour. Room was nice and modern. Bed was comfortable but only one pillow on the bed. Wifi does not work in the rooms. It only works in the lobby area. There are plenty of nice restaurants within a 15 min walk. Hotel is not in the city center. It is...

If you´re planning to stay in Granada, your first idea might be choosing a hotel in the beautiful center of the city instead of this one, which is located in the new part of town -it takes about 30/40 minutes to the city center-. However, due to its location, this establishment has an easy access from the motorway, which is...

This hotel, on the outskirts of Granada, had a huge and airy ambience to it. The rooms were large and comfortable. Beds were clean and we got a good nights sleep here. The lifts (up to Level 7) had glass walls and provided beautiful views of the city as you rose up to your room. One point is that this...

Travelled with a friend and booked 2 rooms. Rooms were large and comfortable, but had noise from the motorway adjacent. Check in was smooth and easy for me, but in general the staff were indifferent and not well versef in customer service. The wi-fi was apalling, non existent in room, poor in cafeteria and reception. Little comfortable seating in public...
