We spent two nights in Granada which was not really long enough in this fabulous city. The hotel was modern, clean and the staff were polite. As we had driven to Granada we needed a hotel with parking facilities which this hotel does have. Many hotels in the city centre do not. We noticed 8 tour buses when we arrived... More

clean specious room, excellent location and close to most main attractions. good WiFi with private parking which is extra. only stayed for one night but loved the place. Granada is place that you need more than two days to explorer , maybe next time. take the taxi to all main attraction which only cost 10-12 euro. make sure you go... More

The staff were very nice and polite. The building on the outside looks modern and the lobby unlike the inside of our room. The tv had a mind of its own it would turn its self off so you would need to wait for it to turn its self back on. Cleanliness was terrible we had stains on the bed... More

The website pics are better than reality. No view of Sierra Nevada. We had view of patios from next door apartments/condos. Its an okay place...clean, near bus stop, near Ysla's cafe! In fact, Ysla's cafe was best part. Don't eat in the 8 euro buffet, get coffee and croissant at Ysla's and hop bus to the city. The hotel only... More

Hotel is next to the highway exit. A mcdonald's is about a block away. We had to take a taxi to go to the city center. Room was ok, not very luxurious. But ok for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very busy as tour buses stay in this hotel. Quick check-in and check-out. Swimming pool and spa available.

The room had a fantatisic comfort chair, the suitcase holder was large (for a change), the bathroom worked fine - with in-built bidet, an experience ! The dining room had tables mostly for four people (other hotels on our trip was just one big room, with seating for 8-12 per table) , the service was quick, freindly and accurrate. The... More

The room was quite good. I was in the 5th floor with too many light, the bathroom had a crystal door for separating the toilet from the basin, no bathtub only shower, and the amenities had a lot of things and it were repositioned every day. These are the very good things. The bad points with this hotel are the... More

During a trip through Andalucia we decided to stay at the hotel for 4 nights before heading back home. We planned on visiting Granada and try to relax a bit before our 2000km ride back home. The people at the reception were very kind and the room wasn't too bad neither (some small remarks regading the room: small tv, no... More

I booked this hotel with the idea of a short scape for the weekend. Apparently from what I saw in booking looks quite a good and new 4 stars hotel. So my expectations were quite up to that. In favor of the hotel I would say that all the people in the reception and the restaurant was very friendly, helpful... More

Very comfortable, well located and with lots of natural light in the rooms. Food quality is good and the assortment diverse. Little unexpected amenities are available like a water and soft drinks dispenser near the lifts which don't rip you off with 5 Star prices. Quite a few eating places are within walking distance if you do not want room... More
