Great location and friendly helpful staff. Advise to charge devices during day as they won't charge when lights are turned off. Side note: book your Alhambra tickets in advance. Impossible to get without extreme effort once you are in Granada.

Everything about this place is great: location is close to everything (restaurants, Alhambra, Albayzin, bus stop for the airport), staff is friendly and helpful, decor is beautiful, and the room was both clean and large. Also have a library for relaxing and the staff will purchase advance tickets for the Alhambra for a modest fee. Really glad we found this...

Friendly and helpful staff. Sonia in reception helped us enormously plan our three days. The hotel is ideally located as you can walk to all the major cultural hotspots. The bus stop for the airport bus is only eight minutes walk away. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Can be a bit noisy in the street at night but this is...

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore Granada history as well as shopping and delicious food. The staff was welcoming and helped us navigate the city like locals, especially Sonia who shared recommendations on food & drink . The room was well appointed and we made use of the hotel library and computer. THANK YOU!

A very attractive small hotel just off a main square in Granada. Charming helpful service with good recommendations of where to eat. Good sized rooms with character. A perfect location for exploring all the quarters of the city.

Get a room on the street side and have a wonderful vein of the Alhambra . Very nice hotel. Only problem was wifi was down during our stay. Nice location, very nice hotel. Stay there. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere.

There is nothing bad to say about this property. Everything was perfect. The room was fabulous, the location is GREAT (the Iberian Baths are a short walk around the corner from the property), and the staff was incredibly kind. The personal touches in the rooms were so well thought out too. If we ever get the chance to return to...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
A building from the 16th century has become a hotel, taking its spirit from the essence of Juan Ramon Jimenez's journey and his poems. Its privileged location in the heart of Granada, at the foot of the Albayzin; its rooms bathed in the light of the Alhambra; its colonnaded patio; its lounge, vestibule and well/cistern... All these charms will lead you to the sound of water, and to a peace that will give you inner harmony. ... more   less
