Hotel Puerta... Is located near one of the most beautiful plazas in Granada and very close to Alhambra, it is clean and the staff friendly. But that's about all value you get, the sink in the bathroom was so small everything would get splashed on the floor, beds more than mediocre, shaky and unstable, and the tiny table barely allows...

Hotel is situated very close to Alhambra and few minutes walk from Cathedral. Friendly staff welcomed us warmly and offered lots of useful information about town. They gave us a room on top floor with a view on Alhambra, even we didn't booked that kind of room.

I loved this place. From our room on the fourth floor, the biggest problem was that I could not take in two views at once: the city center from one window, the Alhambra and Albaicin from the other. For us, as semi-budget travelers, it was a great luxury--not to mention the 24-hour coffee. The people at the front desk were...

I really recommend this hotel. The location is unbeatable. It is 10 mins from the Alhambra and steps away from many of the most important touristic attractions. The staff is very helpful and nice. Excellent hotel for the price.

Ordinarily we would have rated this hotel 3-4 stars, but Ana is so attentive to details and communicates excellently, even two weeks before we arrived when we made our reservations. She is on top and gave us perfect recommendations for where to park our car and helped us get tickets to visit the Alhambra, which is right up the hill....

This hotel is often listed as 1-star. This clearly does not reflect it's quality. I would put it in a 3.5-star category. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in great condition. The location was excellent: a few minute walk to the center of the city and to Alhambra. Do not even think about driving there though. The street was very...

We flew to Malaga airport and got the bus to Granada (2 hours). From the bus station we got the SN1 bus to the centre. Room was great, twin beds as requested...
