The first lady who tried to check us in was overwhelmed- the hotel is under staffed. First lady could not check us in for had too many other guests to help. We left our bags after 30 minutes of waiting to check in for we had Alhambra timed entry ticket time approaching which we could not miss. Upon our return...

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Caragio Thank you for your review. First of all, I am so sorry for the inconveniences during your stay. This weekend we had a student group and it assumed a very hard work. I am very surprise for your review about Rocio, there are many many reviews about her cortesy and good job. I will investigate...

Located at the base of the Albayzin the Hotel is a bit difficult to find but worth the effort. As are many of the hotels in the area, it is about 100 yards from the main public transport street. If you are driving your own car, it will be a bit of a walk from the hotel parking to the...

I stayed at Hotel Casa del Capitel Nazari with my wife for a few days in Granada. I chose the hotel because of the traditional style and because I stayed nearby about 30 years ago on my first foreign holiday. The hotel itself is as pretty as the pictures on the website and has a relaxed, friendly feeling to it,...

A very nice small hotel, well appointed and well-located in the historic old city. Cannot walk to hotel from bus/train station. Cabbies know hotel by name but not by street address. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location and value were excellent. In particular, I wanted to mention the dedication exhibited by a particular staff member (young lady with L as first initial). She spent at least an hour assisting me with transportation needs for the next leg of our journey. Apparently, she did not attend the eye-rolling and indifference course seemingly taught to the South...

This charming little hotel nestles up an alleyway opposite the Alhambra. The staff are charming, the rooms lovely, the setting exquisite. The night we were here, the daytime temperature had been 45°C, so thank goodness for the air conditioning. And it was amazingly good value, about £60/€75 per room (breakfast is €10 more). Very highly recommended.

We loved the location and the beautiful surroundings - has a very quiet room 307. There were some stairs once you got off the lift but quite manageable. The room had a view of the church and parts of the Alhambra. Staff was more than accomodating and helped us find places. Would highly recommend the hotel. One drawback - the...

Casa del Capitel Nazari is a lovely hotel in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to help us book excursions, recommend great restaurants, and answer any questions. Our room was clean and comfortable, as well as a bit small- to be expected since the hotel is a beautifully-renovated house. The location can't be beat- close to the...

This Hotel recommended by Rick Steves was a real charmer. I was traveling with my adult son. Our room was a converted balcony in this 400 year old building that overlooked an inner courtyard. Very quiet inner courtyard room that was not bothered by the usually raucous Spanish Nightlife noise we experienced in most other Spanish cities we visited. Location...
