Good place to stay. 20 m-walk to the center. Excellent terrace ,bar and pool.Very quiet and relaxing, specially in the evening to have a wine. The room is average size .A pity not to have a balcony. A nice stay overall
Over all the hotel was very good, the staff excellent and very helpful. The only problem was the opening times of the pool bar, did not open until 8.30 PM and all food ceased to be served after 3.00 PM not available again until 8.30 PM. Maybe this was because of covid? The breakfast was excellent. The heat outside was extreme but the inside temperature was kept at a very good level.
We stayed for five nights bed and breakfast. The room was lovely and cool, the pool, a lifesaver, and the breakfast plentiful. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and more than adequate COVID security measures in place. Great location near to major bus routes to get across town. We will be back and have already recommended to friends
Nice Rooms, small pool on the roof with a good view, very helpful staff, good breakfast. I recommend to book a basic online ticket for the Alhambra and get the audioguide at the entrance. Thats all I can say but I have to write 200 letters. :-)
I stayed 17 nights. It's my favourite hotel in Granada. It just felt like home when I was there. Viktor on reception checked me in and was helpful and friendly for my entire stay as were all the staff. The swimming pool and terrace were excellent as always. I really want to go back in September but the prices for this month are very high - hopefully it might change. I wish the terrace area was non smoking as I come on holiday to improve my health not the opposite and as other reviewers have said a kettle in the room would be great. I don't sleep well and wake up early so a coffee would have been great. But thank you so much for a lovely stay. I honestly didn't want to leave.
