I’ve stayed here twice now ten years apart and love this hotel. Its in a great location and the atmosphere is fabulous. Very friendly staff. Best to ask for a room with a view or a quiet room. Staff gave sensational restaurant recommendations
The rooms are arranged around a central patio just off the main street . Our room was spacious, quiet and with a partial view of the Alhambra. The hotel is within short walking distance of the main square. The real plus is that it has...More
We spent only two nights in Granada. Being at the Hotel Casa Morisca was a lovely part of our visit. Located in an interesting area, near restaurants and the Alhambra; very comfortable room, beautifully furnished; friendly, helpful staff.
Ten out of Ten!
We received extremely helpful and essential details of how to find this hotel as we were travelling by car.

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay here. It was the perfect location to walk to the Alhambra and to do some window shopping. The free parking was great and we were so thankful for Wilfred's assistance to get in the tight spaces. Driving is an...More

I don’t think the hotel books ahead. Their website has the link for tickets, though. Be sure you use the link on the hotel website because I remember having trouble booking too. We booked our tickets ahead 3 months to the day, we had read that tickets are limited since they don’t want the Alhambra too crowded. You could try for Alhambra by Night tickets, it was not as crowded and it was magical. You just don’t get to see quite as much and you don’t get to see the gardens. I would write to the hotel and ask if there is another way to get tickets. Also, if you’re driving, don’t let your GPS guide you, it may take you behind the hotel on a street above it where you cannot leave your car. It’s the narrowest street in Granada and we had 3 inches of clearance on either side of our midsize car. It was a difficult drive. When you are on the correct street it’s also very narrow and looks like a pedestrian zone, but you can get through.
