1.Not clean at all!i should not find stains on the floor or major dust mites. Ok so a couple of dust mites, ok but the kicker was the bathroom....Bathrooms are sacred for me the fact you have all kinds of fluid spots on the floor signals major trouble...i am not related to or aquainted with the previous guest therefore im...

I booked this hotel for my parents this week as they were staying for a few days in Granada. The location is absolutely perfect. It is less than one minute to the main street and less than 3 minutes to the beautiful park. Taxis can be gotten across the street which charge around 5 euro to either the Alhambra or...

Visited for one night with my wife, requested quiet room away from traffic, (hotel turns out to be in a fairly quiet road anyway) and was given nice room at back. Both receptionists could not have been more friendly or helpful in advising on layout of city and restaurants to visit. all staff friendly, complimentary cold drink, coffee and fruit...

Prime location, rooms maybe a little tired, but overall great value, front reception staff (Blanca we think) were great, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was as expected, plenty to choose from, you certainly wouldn't go hungry.

I really rate this hotel, the location is great and it's central Granada. The front desk reception are extremely helpful and pleasant – and that lemon and mint infused water is delicious! I had a fantastic room at the front with a small balcony that overlooked the square – the room was clean, the mattress/pillows/bedlinen were the best quality. I...

Location was perfect but the tired and small room with the window opening onto the corridor was a let down. Toilet door did not lock due to broken lock. Wifi worked ok in the room, just as well as there are no English tv channels and I need my news fix. There is no hotel parking, public parking is 500m...

Only stayed one night so the excellent situation was a bonus. Not too far to walk to points of interest. We were very pleased with our room which was clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the stay.

I can't say anything about the hotel as I'm sure it would have been amazing , but I payed for two nights but left on the first sight of Granada . It was nothing like they tell you and I can't believe there would be people staying there. Disappointed .

I have just recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel with friends, after a long transfer from the airport we checked in swiftly. Our rooms were clean, however my room wasn't allocated on the side of the building so our 'window' opened inwards towards the hotel. We were however disappointed to find out when we arrived that...
