Granada is beautiful and this hotel very nice and clean with really friendly staff. It's a little far from the city centre but you can catch a bus near the hotel. It's a long walk to the city centre. Buffet breakfast was included. There was plenty of choice . Our room was lovely with a balcony and nice bathroom. Air...

A well located hotel, very busy, staff all most helpful. Our bedroom was roomy and well laid out. The bathrom less so. In fact its layout was so poor that you could not fully open the door due to location of the toilet, and the washbasin was so close you could use it while sitting on the toilet. Very unusual....

Lovely 4* hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and is in a good position to see all the old parts of Granada plus the Alhambra Palace. Good bus service if you don't want to walk. Great breakfast with everything you could wish to eat.

The hotel is situated in central Granada city well within walking distance of the Cathedral de Granada and the many plazas that surround it . All the plazas have plenty of street cafes and bars and all beers wines served with tapas. Also within this area you will find lots of bazzars situated along the narrow back streets. The city...

The staff were pleasant and helpful on reception and our room was lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast had a huge variety and was good quality. It was well located we felt - approx 20mins walk to the centre. Only drawback was that the room was too warm for us and the aircon didn't seem to make any difference -...

The hotel is nicely presented. My single room was well appointed but small for a 4-star establishment. I could not get the air conditioning to cool it enough. Also, the elevators were adjacent and quite noisy. The room needs more power outlets. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the station, and 15 minutes walk from the main downtown plazas...

We stayed here as part of a group tour in August, so the temperatures were very warm. At the end of a day I wanted nothing more than to come back and cool off in a cool room - unfortunately our A/C pumped out warm air. We managed to get the window open and the room finally cooled down about...
