Great location close to centre of old town. Easy walk to most attractions. Rooms standard European size and you can hear what's going on in the room next door. Air conditioning did not cool room better off leaving window open at night.

We stayed here for 3 nights on our Spain tour! Pros: great location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops & the Alhambra (steep climb though). Cons: staff just don't care especially once I spoke English!

They offered a breakfast deal of 50% off per person. My 9 yr old son used that deal. While checking out we were told to pay full price because the deal is 50% off for a min of 2 people or full price for 1. No apologies for their miscommunication.

Check-in was smooth and courteous. We ordered a 4 bedded family room (#524) and it was big enough for our needs. No view, but the main bedroom looked over a busy little street full of restaurants. Once the window was closed, we couldn't hear anything. A nice little touch at the bar; I ordered two drinks and the barman said...

We came to Granada for a short break primarily to visit the Alhambra. This hotel is brilliantly located for discovering the city and the Alhambra. Rooms immaculate as you'd expect and the staff were the best we have ever encountered in Spain, nothing too much trouble and extremely polite. The hotel is modern, affordable and clean with staff willing to help in any way. We had taken the family room where they had bunk beds for the...

Great place however very quiet tonight with little service and no snacks / tapas in the bar. Are they asleep ? Great location on Angel Ganivert in great city . Recommend. More happening at weekends and holidays very good place for Easter events.

Comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast. Rooms overlooking the street can be noisy at weekends and windows aren't sound proof. Air-conditioning wasn't working or effective. Friendly staff. Good location for tourist sights.
