Took a school group here for a few days while touring Granada. A little outside of the city, but an easy 10-15 minute walk. Rooms were small but very clean. Same with bathrooms. Bring own towels or you have to rent them.

Stayed here over night to visit La Ahambra. Short easy bus ride to the centre. Staff very helpful and rooms surprisingly good for the price. A little noisy at times but comfortable. Twin bed room with ensuite for £34 - great.
Actually when i reserved throug booking.com i didn't notice that it was an hostel. Even if you see the room seems to be normal basic hotel. Very very clean, well ordanized, staff is very friendly but they don't speak english very well. Be notice, time...More
