Staff not speaking English every day something on breakfast and most of food cold. Staff not helpful after 11 pm no chance to get Hot water for medicine as staff from reception don't know how to boil water. Broken shower not repaired after 5 nights and they didn't see this as something wrong.

I stayed here for a conference. It was centrally located between the university and restaurants. Breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs were great the first morning but cold from there on in. Room was average. I had an interaction with one of the front desk people that wasn't great. She wasn't super helpful and I came away thinking that she was...

Hotel is near train station but no train in 2015, will be even better with RENFE direct train. Room 901 or 908, 801 or 808 has nice view of Alhambra but for better Alhambra sunset view take bus C1 to Plaza San Nicolás.

We stayed one night in Granada as part of an organized tour of Spain. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were of good size and most important the beds were comfortable. The one drawback is it's located about a 45 minute walk to any tourist site. The buffet breakfast was good but to our surprise our dinner at the...

I stayed here one night as part of a Gate1 tour. It is in a nice location. The rooms are nice with a table with two chairs. The bathroom was nice as well. The hallways wrap around in a square from the elevator on both. The buffet breakfast was good but it was really dim for me here considering my...

I remember asking the bus driver to drop us to the old town (near the Cathedral) but apparently the bus are not allowed in certain areas of the city. To go to the old town from the hotel, our group would take a cab (all the cab drivers we've tried seemed nice, spoke good english). Our fare of below the...

As I was part of a big group, this hotel was a natural choice for the travel agency. The good part: big spacious rooms, not bad breakfast. The bad: no hotel slippers which is strange to me because this is the ONLY hotel I've stayed that had no slippers and I travel 6 times a year. Also they give you...

The hotel is located on one of the main roads into the centre of Granada. Walking to the old part of the town takes about 15 minutes (brisk walk), or any number of buses pass the door which would take you there in minutes. When I arrived at Granada airport, the coach to the centre of Granada was outside the...

We stayed at the abba hotel as part of a tour. Overall the hotel is very nice. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Our room was spacious and well appointed.
