This beautiful, historic hotel is just across from the Alhambra. Our family took two junior suites - 304 and 305. The latter has a tiny balcony you can step onto and a four-poster bed. The units are very spacious and comfortable. The photos online are totally accurate.

Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Granada. The hotel is so unique and charming, it offers an experience so much more special than a standard hotel stay. We had room 305, which is a junior suite with the bedroom facing the street, large double doors open into a cute balcony looking up at the Alhambra. You soak up...

We spent two nights here. The hotel is at a fantastic location, at the foot of the Albaicín, the traditional Moorish quarter of Granada, a very short distance from the Plaza Nueva, and at a romantic place on the banks of the Darro River, one of the two rivers that cross the city. It is very near the old city center,...

We had a wonderful time in Granada. The hotel was perfectly located and charming. Our room faced the Alhambra and was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful in answering all our questions. It was an old building renovated with modern convenience. Each room was different but clean and welcoming.

Sadly we only stayed one night at the end of October and it was raining, so the courtyards were too cold and damp to sit out. I imagine they whole place is delightful in Summer. The room and bed were excellent, staff were helpful and English speaking. The location could not have been more perfect, close to both the city...

Perfectly situated at the foot of the old town and the Alhambra. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel building is worth exploring on its own. The breakfast at 10€ is good, with enough variety and saves you looking around for a nearby café. The staff were really helpful and explained the parking agreement with the hotel at...

The hotel is a historic building just along the Daro river with beautiful yard view. Location is convinient for visiting the city center by walking and go to the new plaze to pick up the taxi for the bus or train station. Recomandate to stay here for visiting Granada

This is actually two hotels back to back made from 2 converted palace/ residences. Old historic look and feel with modern touches. Select interior rooms as exterior rooms have windows where you can hear all nearby outdoor music partying etc.

“Room 305 with the four poster and Alhambra view is great and makes a nice romantic break.”

“Our room was facing Alhambra, but you could not see much of it. It was above the little street below, but we were not disturbed .”
SquashTotnes, 20 Aug 2016 | Read review
“Room 305 has charming views but be advised that Carrer del Darro whilst mostly pedestrianised is very busy and full of chatter. It is a very pretty outlook. If you intend visiting the Alhambra (and of course you do!) it is definitely best to get tickets I advance. Aim for an 8:30am slot and you'll have the best chance of missing the hordes in the Palacio Nazaries which can otherwise be very crowded. It is worth walking up to the Alhambra once, if only to confirm that the guidebooks are wise in recommending the very cheap and frequent C3 bus (just over 1 euro per journey) which leaves frequently from a square just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The climb is steep but pretty. ”
