Great value for money and if you embrace the spanish life and culture and want to get away from the brits abroad benidorm holiday this is for you. Spotlessly clean, staff very helpful. Gardens and pool immaculate. Paco, Irene and Carmen were always there to help and advise. Doesn't have all the bells and knobs of higher rated hotels but with all amenities it is a perfect base. Rooms are cleaned every day , towels and sheets changed regularly. Bus stop is right outside, there is a large...

A frendly, family run hotel in a reasonable position. Rooms are large ,clean and air conditioned with good size balconies. Not a great deal of choice for breakfast ( the usual bacon, eggs, sausage, breads ,ham ,cheese) but it's fresh and well presented but could do with being a bit hotter. The garden and pool area is something special with a wonderful...

The room was small but comfortable with TV. It is a bit of a walk to the old town, but it is a pleasant enough...

Quick check in on arrival. I think I seen about 8 different members of staff including cleaners on my stay. All seemed really nice and spoke ok English. I never tried the food so can't comment. But as previously stated a bottle of San miguel costs 2euro, a small bottle of water 1euro and the bigger sized bottles 1.50. My...

Another lovely week at the Carmen Teresa. Immaculately kept, beautiful gardens and friendly staff. Not suitable for the younger crowd or children. A peaceful haven to chill out. Ask for a room away from the road as it can be a little noisy.
