Room was changed no problem, food below average, totally ignored every time we tried to get a drink at the bar during the evening so had to go out of the hotel. Fail to understand why a hotel would offer such bad service and watch paying customers go elsewhere? Asked at reception if we were doing something wrong as we... More

I stayed here for a quick 3 night break in January. Its only a 2 min walk from the train station which was the first good point but soon went downhill. On arrival, hotel was clean, check in was quick and easy and the room we were given was a sea view one. Room was clean but small, the décor... More

I use to come to Torremolinos every other weekend. This place works for me perfectly , good service, clean enough, the location is right in the center where we use to go out for drinks and enjoy the gay scene of Spain in "la nogalera". The offers in winter ar brilliant, keep an eye on the offers , unbelievable

Just arrived back from a 4 night all inclusive winter break at the Blue Sea Cervantes. Previous reviews are extremely varied and I can understand why. I note that previous ‘good’ reviews often receive a reply from the management team whilst poor reviews usually go unchallenged, so I wont hold my breath, even though I try to be constructive for... I should have written this review last June when I stayed. However, as I am looking to stay in Torremolinos again I had a look at recent reviews to see if I should. Most of the complaints appear to be about the food and queues at the hotel bar. Thankfully we did not have this problem as we got a... More

After going to the Cervantes for years she is showing her age. The cleanliness and wonderful staff are just as good as ever, but the food lacked quality and choice.
