The view from the front widows is lovely, the old castle walls above a reasonably quiet road on the right, dropping away to the park from the plaza on the left and a nice outlook in front. The pictures on the website don't really do justice to it. It's quite a basic hotel, but there is a lift and aircon...

Fantastic location; very clean; perfect view of 10th century castle ruins opposite my room; can't fault the place. Breakfast included. Very friendly and helpful owner. Next to the very quaint old town which is full of great tapas bars.

The Owner himself is daily personal visible and on duty. He is doing more or less everything of most daily business - breakfast, check in/check out,...He is really more than friendly. Our impression was - he knows exactly this business feeds himself and his family. The hotel is even a 2 star house - and for that you'll get really...

The location is right in Old Town and only a five-minute walk to the beach. The room was spacious and clean with a huge bathroom. It has an elevator for easy access to the upper floors, which offer really nice views. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The mattress was a bit soft for my taste, but that seems typical in...

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Stayed for 3 nights and although basic it was perfect for our needs. Close to the old town and restaurants and a five minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Very good budget hotel. Great location. Very friendly family run. Everything we needed in the room. Great shower, toiletries, tv, and air conditioning. We had a lovely view of the castle walls. Handy location for the old town. I would definately use this little hotel again.

We parked our car conveniently in front of the hotel as suggested by the hotel staff, paid for the parking and went site seeing. We returned several hours later to find our car missing. It was towed away due to a church procession moving along the streets. There was no signs and no warning from the hotel staff about parking...

I already miss my coffee - con leche. After the coffee, the cleanliness is faultless. The room was perfect and I felt safe, as well as a view from the French windows of the Sierra Blanca on the left and the sea to the right. It's awe-inspiring to look directly opposite the hotel at the old 9th century Fortress, and...

Just got back from 3 nights at the Don Alfredo. Not got a negative thing to stay about our stay. Location is right in the centre of Marbella Old Town, room was clean and breakfast included for the already cheap price we paid was a bonus!! Got to make a particular mention to the night porter who's English was not...

Had two rooms for two nights, great location, staff, rooms, very clean, great breakfast, great price, nothing was too much trouble for staff, truly a credit to their trade-rarely seen but this place is great. We will be back this year for another enjoyable stay in this very friendly hotel, a hidden gem in an expensive part of Spain.
