La Morada Mas Hermosa was an absolute surprise for us. We booked this for an extended weekend break in Marbella and didn't expect a lot, as the hotel only has 2 stars. In my opinion, it deserves 4! It is tucked away in a lovely little lane in the heart of Marbella's charming old town, away from the characterless tour...

We stayed hear in early May for 3 nights, in the suite which was excellent. A little pricey, especially with no breakfast, but the hotel is ideally situated in Marbella old town with plenty of restaurants and tapas bars within a couple of minutes walk. It is quite hard to find even with a map which the hotel emailed to...

We just spent four nights at this hotel and were impressed with the location, the accommodations and the hospitality of the owners. Our room was number five, which required going up quite a few steps, but the room was spacious with a separate sitting area. The beds were very comfortable and the little refrigerator was a big plus. The hotel,is...

Really good location as a base to discover old Marbella. It is more of an up-market B&B rather than a hotel but the rooms are very good and spacious whilst retaining the charm of the old town. Breakfast is a limited selection but they will serve it to the room which is nice. We had the suite (2 bedrooms, sitting...

I have to agree with most reviews here. Rooms are small and cute but compared what you can find elsewhere and with no breakfast, too expensive. We stayed here in mid-February for 75 Euros. Checked out the next day for the Princesa Playa Apart Hotel, which was on the beach with a large 4th floor room having a balcony overlooking...

Loved this place during a visit in August 2011. The place is located in Marbella's old town (walking distance from all the small restaurants and shops). The onwer (or manager..) is a very discrete and friendly woman. During our 4 days stay we never met other guests or heard any noise, considering that we stayed during the busiest period. It...

The hotel is in a great position in Marbella Old Town, near good shops and restaurants. It is very picturesque and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff were very nice and were kind enough to lend us umbrellas when raining. However, on the negative side, our room was quite small and quite dark. There was only one mirror and...

We stayed in Marbella for 3 days and loved it. La Morada is a fantastic place to stay. Its a small hotel with few rooms and so charming. Ideally situated in the old town, its a traditional andalus home perfectly renovated. It might be a little bit difficult to access by car, as every spot in the old town...but once...

We stayed at La Morado for 3 night as part of a road trip around Spain. Agree with previous reviewers in that it can be tricky to find, however, use the directions sent to you after booking and follow these. The car park recommended by the hotel is signposted as soon as you take the right exit - park on...

I have to agree with all the positive reviews. The old part of Marbella is really charming and well worth exploring, and this hotel makes a really good base. There are friendly staff and it's a hotel full of character. It is slightly tricky to find from the recommended carpark, the price of which needs factoring into your budget, and...
