Whenever I travel I try to find quiet, small hotels in nice residential areas run by warm, caring hosts. The Villa Lorena Malaga is the definition of such a place. The gentlemen running this establishment could not have been more helpful, dispensing the usual directions and dining suggestions, but also providing bikes and beach towels. It was my first foray... We spent 2 nights here as first stop on driving tour of Andalucia. It is a lovely peaceful villa, beautifully decorated, and with everything we needed. Pleasant room, not overly big, but very comfy bed, good bathroom with shower, safe, excellent Wi-Fi, and tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was a pleasant surprise. The Dutch hosts were very friendly... More

I stayed here for 8 nights just before Christmas and found it a lovely escape. The villa is very quiet, beautifully presented and I loved the bikes. The hosts are genial and the breakfast is great. It is ideal for those who want a quiet relaxing break not right in the city centre. It is perfectly placed for the coast... More

My wife and I stayed here for five nights. Very nice place to spend the night. Great breakfast. Very friendly hosts. Travelling in the city and along the beach by bike was awesome. The fact that you can use the bikes makes up for the location out ot the city's centre. Malaga is a very nice city. Enjoyed every minute... More

Spent a night at the Villa Lorena in Málaga and would thoroughly recommend it to other travelers, especially couples. Spotlessly clean rooms, great decor and setting and exceptional service made our stay a real treat. A beautifully converted villa in a pleasant and quiet part of Malaga, yet only 15 mins (max) by foot to the beach and 30 mins... More

If you are looking for a chic, hospitable and comfortable accomodation stay in Malaga, go here. The villa is located just a few minutes away from the beach, in a wonderful and unique neighbourhood. Great hospitality, the hosts were friendly, helpful and knew how to treat their guests right. The room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony as... More

This is a very nice place to stay....really quiet and peaceful, with delightful staff, who can't do enough to help. Best advice is to abandon your car on arrival, as Malaga is all one-way and anywhere near the centre there is nowhere to park. The frequent buses on the beach road 10 minutes walk away take just a few minutes... More

I enjoyed my brief stay at this comfortable, helpful and friendly hotel. It was quiet, convenient and great for my business trip. The two managers were both very kind and helpful. It's convenient for the beach, the town and most amenities.

First, Jeoren and Franz are perfect hosts. Welcomeing, Helpful, extremely kind and made the stay much more enjoyable. They also gave us great recommendations for Malaga and the area.
