We stayed here as part of a tour. Position was perfect for being close to everything.pedestrian mall, beach and promenade, cathedral. Rooms very clean and comfortable though on the small side. Staff were prompt in helping us with the safe. Breakfast was better than average for a 3 star hotel. TV only had spanish or dubbed shows. Gladly recommend.

We have stayed at Don Curro in September 2011. We chose the location in the first place, as It was advertised, for the central location. But when we arrived we were thrilled by the position, we thought that is central but no so well positioned. The rooms are very comfortable, the personal nice, the breakfast is typical - English breakfast,...

Stayed 5 nights here in August. Rooms are o;k., basic but very clean. Breakfast was sufficient. Location is excellent. Just one complaint: reception staff is not very friendly or helpful. That's really a pity, because otherwise the hotel would be perfect to spend a few days in Malaga, a very attractive city!

Stayed in June 2012, 10 years since my first stay there, many of the staff are the same, a good sign indeed. They stored my cycle in the cellar, accessed from the alleyway outside, they never once complained when I requested it, which was several times a day! Great reception and security staff, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nice, large and...

We stayed here 3 nights in August 2012. Staff were very helpful, rooms were fine, bit basic but spotless clean with complementary chocolates :-) Main attractions were literally few steps away, the local beach was appx. 1km, 15 min walk, or 2 stops by bus (1,2 euro). The hotel even provided beach towels. Breakfast was super with loads of breads/confectionary,...

Right in the middle of town within 5 mins of the Picasso museum. Helpful staff. Good car parking. Rooms fine if not spectacular. Breakfast good and plenty of it. Our only complaint was we had problems getting to the hotel by car as the road was blocked by a bollard. This went down when we called the hotel.

We stayed here in August 2012 for 6 days. We had to carry our cases up 2 flights of steps, no help from the porters. The Reception staff were not busy but made no indication to assist with check in. We were given a triple room as we had our son with us. The room was small and looked out...

Don Curro is a fantastic hotel with a Number 1 location, 100 yds from the main shopping area, 500yds from the Cathedral and a lovely square with cafe and bar, and 30 minute leisurely stroll to the main beach area! A fantastic breakfast - coffee, tea, juice, cold meats, bacon & egg bread, coissants all included in price! Hotel very...

I stayed at the Hotel Don Curro, Málaga, Spain for 3 days in April of 2011 and for 8 days in May of 2012. I really like this hotel. It's ideally located around the corner from the Alameda Principal, near the Cathedral and the Alcazar. It is modern, clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that when I first arrived...

Location is good as described by many, but reception staff was very unhelpful!! The place is also difficult to find by car, hidden behind a main street along the waterfront. Breakfast was ok, but of less value than in many 4 stars hotel.
