Stayed here for 1 night on return from Granada. The most budget-type room we've ever stayed in but very clean and quite adequate for 1 night, although as in the Ibis Ciudad the air con did not appear to be working and the room was a bit on the warm side. Well situated for walking to the old town and...

10-15 mins walk from railway stn and less than 10 mins walk from the nearest metro. within 10 -15 mins walk to the main tourist attractions. malaga beach/port is less than 20 mins from hotel. definite choice if location is your no 1 priority in Malaga. lots of eateries around too. and Primark is less than 15 mins walk.

I believe it is a good value of money to stay in malaga at this location. The room, yes, is tiny, as tiny as those in Tokyo but you got all the basic things (i.e. clean toilet, shower, sink, bed) that you need if you don't care much about the space or fancy luxury stuff. The staff were friendly and...

I booked a last minute trip to Malaga due to a family emergency and choose this hotel. When I got there I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the room itself - my towels were refreshed and room cleaned everyday which I was not expecting in a budget hotel. Also found the breakfast had a great choice...

I had two sleepless nights due to lack of air in room. When I turned on a/c the room got stuffier. I was told by reception that the air con isn't switched on in April. It does not state this in the hotel description. They turned it on when I asked them to supply me with a fan. Air con...

Dear DublinIrene, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the ibis budget Málaga Centro. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. In the months of March-April and October-November, we find very difficult to adjust our system (either air cond. either heater, because...

The hotel was very good value for money but the rooms are very small. The bunk bed over the double can be dangerous if you don't pay attention getting in and out of the Double! Location is very good for the old town. It is also reasonably close to the bus and rail station with about a 15 min walk...

This hotel has a great location, only 15 minutes walk from the city centre. It was very cheap but beds were comfortable and the room was clean. What more could you need if your planning on spending all your time out exploring?! Staff on reception were very pleasant and polite too.

Cheap price, but not good at all... crew was very nice tough... the room as a terrible decorotiin and it's all plastic!! My room was with a funny smell too... I think you can do better with the charged price (49/ couple w/ breakfast. )

Room is budget - there's only bed, mirror, clothes hanger and mini table. No chairs, just one stool. But at least it was not tiny. Bathroom is passable - shower is OK, but washbasin and mirror look old, giving an overall feeling that the bathroom needs some refurbishment. The reception staff is very good and attentive. Location is quite OK....
