Hi we stayed at the hotel 2nd and 3rd of March and were very impressed. It has a sense of calm the rooms were immaculate and the staff very helpful. We had a suite overlooking the courtyard so very quiet and the sound of the fountain was therapeutic.

It was carnival in Cadiz so all the hotels as a consequence had increased their rates in an endeavour to cash in. So I searched around the area for something that would not cripple the budget and found a great deal at this grand looking establishment. What a fantastic place it was just like staying in a Parador only at...

We were given a suite looking over the front entrance and were very comfortable. . The setting sun shone through windows. Main areas very atmospheric with antiques from monastic times Breakfast offered a good choice, after the rather long walk there. Loved the orange trees all down the street. I think the road work will soon be finished. We walked...

A very beautiful hotel. We had a deal through Booking.com so it only cost us €41 per night instead of €89. This may have been because there are road works right outside the hotel, they also let us leave our car in their underground car park for free because of the inconvenience. The staff were really nice and did everything...

I loved this hotel from the moment I stepped inside. It is filled with art, olde worlde paraphernalia and atmosphere. It was a brilliant experience just staying there, I took photos everywhere inside! It even has the original well that served the monastery. It was extremely clean. Breakfast was tasty with a hot and cold buffet. We had a lovely...

We decided to go to El Puerto Santa Maria for a cheap holiday as there was so much nearby. My husband picked this hotel and he chose well. We walked from the train station with our luggage - not far at all. The staff were very welcoming and every time we had a question they were happy to help -...

We stayed here as part of our trip in western Andalucia. As the hotel is a former monastery its lay out is quite individual. The ground floor has beautiful marble floors , an inner courtyard and several religious artefacts and antique furniture on display. I would imagine that there are bedrooms of differing sizes. Ours was fairly standard with a...

We've been visiting this hotel since we first lived down the street from it in 1994. The staff are excellent. The food in the cafeteria and restaurant is the best in the area, and at reasonable prices.
