I don't see the point to charge 15 euros for parking as the garage is giant. At least one spot per apartment should be included in their prices.
If you offer a swimming pool, offer a set of towels. It could be same rules as for the regular towels to be used inside the apartment instead of 10 euros for a towel if we want to buy.
And final , I didn't get the offers of a daily housekeeping services if the towels only are exchanged every two days, bedclothes every three days and cleaning people also don't take garbage or clean the kitchen 🤷‍♀️

The place is very quiet, the location is great very close to the beach and you have everything nearby without needing to take a car. Right cleaning. Comfortable mattress and pillows. To put a glue on it had some damage in the bathroom like the loose toilet lid and the magnifying mirror as well.
The rest all right.

Comfortable beds, large terrace, kitchen with everything you need. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Great variety of restaurants and supermarkets around the area, on foot.
Own parking and on the street, nearby.
It took us bad weather and in the off-season, the atmosphere was very quiet, with hardly any noise.

Very comfortable and very well located apartments. Very friendly staff, especially Lola the governor, always watching for guest satisfaction. Very tidy and clean apartments both on arrival and on a daily basis. We'll repeat.

Great in every way. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Well-appointed. And the venue is very good. Great location, quite close to the beach. The girl who helped us at reception, named Ana, was lovely. He informed us of restaurants to go to and it was a success. I will recommend it.

Living in Marbella I wanted a little Mini-break away from the hussle & bustle of life on the Costa Del Sol and drove down to Sancti Petri - I was with two other friends we didn't book accommodation before we left, and really wanted an Apart hotel with 2 bedrooms, we found three and looked at the first two before we settled for Novo Sancti Petri - Miriam the Receptionist was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The Apartment was Excellent, clean, comfortable, modern & spacious with a large terrace area for dining out or sunbathing. Breakfast served the first morning to our apartment which was fabulous everything you could possibly want was delivered to us, the 2nd morning we had breakfast in the restaurant and again it was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were extremely friendly. The beach is literally just across from the hotel and down a short path and you are next to restaurants, shops all amenities - I will revisit as we all had a lovely stay albeit too short!!

This wonderful apartment/hotel primarily serves Spanish families with young children and Spanish couples on holiday. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments are compact, well designed, and perfectly equipped for short or long stays. Rooms face the street with a possible ocean view (but also some street noise), or face the back with a lovely terrace below pine trees. All open to the pool area. The pool has long shallow steps (good for babies and toddlers) and good swimming (older kids). The fantastic beach is one block away.

The hotel is surrounded by one- and two-story private vacation homes and just north of the sprawling Novo Sancti Petri developments. So it feels more like an intimate seaside village. There is a great bakery and small shops nearby as well as large supermarkets a few minutes drive away. There is secure parking under the building and plenty of street parking that looked fine. Also a paddle ball court and full service restaurant (we just enjoyed morning coffee).

We visited many cities during our trip to Spain, but the four days we spent here were the highlight due to the location and beauty of the beach. Few English speakers visit this area (see lack of English reviews) so it felt like a well kept secret. Now you know!

We picked Cadiz are on purpose for our second trip to Andalucia (last year we stayed in Nerja which is close to Malaga). A friend of mine living in Cadiz mentioned Novo Sancti Petri for good accomodations options. I read through a lot of reviews, looked at the map and was very frustrated not a lot was available in english. However this was a good sign too, as spanish families could have known better what to choose.

So i stuck with Aparthotel (we needed all amenities to be able to cook as my 4-years old daughter is allergic to gluten and no chance for us to eat in the restaurants). We booked one bedroom apartment for 17 nights.

The location of this property is great, fantastic beach is just a block away, restaurants and shops are nearby. Better to have a car if you plan major grocery shopping (Mercadona and Supersol are about 3-4 km away, no chance for walking back and forth:)

Our aparhotel was very very quiet which was a blast for us with a child.
Rooms are clean, nice bathroom, great kitchen. We enjoyed our meals on the back yard.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, no complaints. I asked for later check out and they waved two hours, which was very nice of them.

I would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area some day.

This hotel had everything - comfortable beds, very helpful staff, a huge terrace, stylish rooms, very nice pool, air conditioning, parking...
It is very near to La Barossa and the shops as are all of the hotels along this road. Minutes walk from restaurants and anything else you need. It is right in the hear of it but no noise (the discos are at the other end of the street). I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Could not fault it. It was a pleasure.

One of the many places which we stayed in was the Novo Sancti Apartments in Novo Sancti Petri Chiclana near Cadiz spain. We have only good things to say about this accommodation. We stayed for two weeks in September of this year. The apartment was terrific, very clean, bed linen and towels changed every day if you wanted them. The apartment cleaned every day if you wanted this service. There was entertainment in the bar almost every night with great vocalists and musicians, also fantastic flamenco dancing some of the best that we have seen. ( We have seen the gypsies dance in Granada and they were spectacular), The food in the restaurant was quite good. The service in the bar was exceptional, the boys and girls so friendly and busy. The beach was the best beach that we were ever on with kilometers of soft golden sand and lovely rolling waves, a body boarders paradise. We have traveled and had holidays in Spain for the last 35 years and this was one of the best holidays. The whole area of Sancti Petri is charming and the nearby town of Chiclana is friendly and busy. We would wholeheartedly recommend this Aparthotel and surrounding area for all ages of holiday makers.
